Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Springdale

I've been to Chipotle's in over 25 states in the last 20 years and this is the worst experience I and my family has ever had. This was our first visit to this new store. First the restaurant was filthy with trash cans over flowing, trays and baskets everywhere, almost every table dirty, food all over the floor. Then the portions were tiny compared to every single other store I have been too. I asked for the chipotle honey chicken that was advertised on the board and I was told that it's seasonal and they don't have it any more. This store just opened up just a week or two ago, why are you advertising something that is seasonal and discontinued. They were all out of fajita veggies for the day they said, this was at 2pm, so only 3 hours into their day, then they didn't have any trays to put our food on, probably because they were all stacked up at the trash bins and no one was taking care of the lobby. I don't know who the GM is of this store but you need to get this store reigned in and in a hurry. I won't be visiting this store for a couple months because of this. I will check back in October to see if it's better, if so I will change my review, if not I'm calling corporate because this store does not represent the...

We are extremely dissatisfied as well as four other customers who were visiting at the same time we were there. They were out of most ingredients and their portions were half the size we are used to getting at other locations. The employee who was working the register wasn’t qualified at all, she couldn’t count our change back to us correctly, she literally wadded it up and set it in the palm of my husband’s hand. When my husband mentioned being unhappy with the portions, the employee said “if you’re unhappy with how I’m serving, you can speak to my manager” and proceeded to look at the person next to her who I’m assuming was the manager but they didn’t say a word. This is the cleanest Chipotle I've been in. It was all young people behind the counter yet each of them greeted us and actually spoke.. words.. instead of just staring waiting for us to offer them our order while they look miserable like we deal with at other Chipotle's and Cava. The food was actually hot, for the first time we realized that Chipotle never has hot meat, yet this one did. Everything was delicious, customer service was great, the establishment was clean in all sections including the bathroom. You can tell that management has set expectations and the staff has the will to meet them. Management, please don't settle over time like other locations do, this will be our go-to stop when...
