Ok - I/We Were Dislocated From Our Home (Still Am) I Understand EVERYTHING Everyone Is Saying.. TRUST ME I DO !! The Place Was Clean Enough When We Checked In ..We Have Cleaned It A Lot Better Ourselves(Im Sure The Hotel Has A Budget "Seems very little" But The Young Lady Who Cleans The Floor Were On- "Busts HER BUTT ALL DAY!!" (They Need More Staff!!!!! Everyone here is OVERWORKED !! And Seem To Put On a Good Face So Guests Don't Notice( I Even Offered To Carry Up Towels Or Take Something To A Guest - When I'm Down Paying Or Getting Fresh Towels Or Soaps,ETC(And The Staff Of Course Wouldn't Allow Me) & Theres A Line Of People Complaining ABOUT NOTHING & JUST BEING RUDE "Cause They Can" -People Just Because Your Guest At A Motel DOESN'T MEAN HEY I CAN BE RUDE TO WHOMEVER I WANT -) .. The Internet IS N O T High Speed AT ALL.."Just To Be Honest" lol. (It reminds me of AOL "Dial-UP"..lol) Even When You Pay The Upgrade - SO DONT BOTHER - ITS A JOKE ! Now Bk To The Cleanliness (I'm Throwing Stuff In As I Remember -So Sorry About Skipping Around)The Bathroom Was Clean Enough The Kitchen /Living Area Was OK - I Just Had To Ask And They Fixed It (The Staff Now - Connie, Chrystal,Daisy & Gang ,,Are Very nice -As Good As They Can anyway-When They Get AMin To Even Say Hello From Working...) And The GM's Name Now Is Don - I Have Mixed Feelings About him .. I Think Hes Ok Probably - But a Major Break Down With The Staff And The Way They Feel About him-They Have Not Used Profanity Nor Spoke Down About His Position Nor Disrespected him as Their Boss - I Could Just Tell By the Their Faces - It Is Like They Are Getting PUNCHED In The Stomach. (Which Who Likes Their Boss/lol) But The Staff And Hotel Runs Smoothly From What I See And The Staff Only Have Positive Things To Say About Crystal .. And About The Comment About Being Asked To Leave Because The Motel Was Booked - I/We Were Also Asked I Just Called Don And He Took Care Of It - We And The Hotel Staff have More Communication Now . If I Have A Problem Dont Think Im Not Calling The Front Desk ..Because I Am !!! They Take My Dry Personality Very Well And Do What They Can!! The Laundry Room IS A MESS(Not The Best In Town By NO MEANS - But It Does The Trick) !! HEY HOTEL GUEST "YOUR MOMMA DOESN'T LIVE HERE" Pick Up YOur TRASH - YOUR RUDE!! Utilize The Front Desk And ASK QUESTIONS - You Don't Like Something Have The Manager Call Your Room - No Results Call Don ?? The Place Is A Little Messy - But Overall The Staff "TRY" And Do A Good Job For Their Guests - I Believe That Or I Wouldn't Write It.. I Would Give The Place A 7 Out Of 10 - DON INCREASE THERE BUDGET !!! THESE GIRLS ARE WORKING THEIR BUTTS OFF TO GET NOTHING DONE ! Because by the time they finish a task they have a guest disrespecting the place . throwing wrappers on the floor - letting their dogs CRAP in front of the Main Door? - PEOPLE DON'T BE RUDE !!! - We As Guest No Matter Where You Go MUST Do Our Part And Keep Our Areas Clean - Don't Clean Your Car Out And Throw The Trash Out On the Parking Lot ?? WHATS WRONG WITH YOU ?? Anyways- Give The Place A Stay !!! I've had Friends Stay There And Been Up In Their Rooms -WOW ..no Dishes .pots & Pans - Soaps , Fresh Towel .Sheets ,Etc.. I Guess YOu Pay Less but WOW ! No Thank You - I'm Not To Good - I Just Dont Think Its Better In ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM .. My family and I stayed in this hotel for two nights. This was the worst hotel EVER! The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I couldn't give NO stars. The overall condition of the hotel was poor. There were large gashes in the walls where carts had run into them and just exposed sheetrock was seen. The smell going down the hallway made you emediately think you were in a wet basement. The rooms reeked of old smoke. The rooms resembled old 1980s style but maybe they were going for the retro look but I doubt it. As an extended stay, there was a kitchen but not one glass, plate or utensil could be found. I one room we found NO towels or toilet paper!!!! WOW!!! We did however find a broken hairdryer in one of the draws. When we went down stairs to asked for a working hairdryer they said they had handed all of them out and we could put our name on a list and they could call us... Really!!! I came back upstairs and spent the next two hours listening to a howling dog in the next room. Not barking but howling because its owner had left him in the room for the evening. Complaints were made but nothing ever stopped it until the owners came back. We did get quiet since the owners returned by 10pm. The next day after returning from a full days activities we come into a room that was not touched! I went to the front desk (because the phone didn't work) and asked why the rooms were not touched or at least the towels refreshed? The statement was "we are an extended stay and the rooms only get cleaned every 7 days." I didn't respond because I would have just lost it. I finally just asked if we could get some more towels and here came the best comment of all.... are you ready... "just bring me your old one and exchange them for new ones!" My look must have expressed my feeling perfectly as the desk clerk immediately grabbed a nee set and gave them to me without a word. Oh did I tell you what we paid per room per night? SEC football game prices... We should have just got the only hotel with rooms an hour away. The cost of the rooms and gas would have been cheaper. I should file a...

Where do I start?!? HORRIBLE experience from the get. My room was nasty AF when I checked in. DIRTY bed had to go get new linens, someone's else's food still in the fridge. NOTHING was clean!!! Nicole at the front desk was soooo rude to me & my husband, she was literally yelling & screaming at us because we wanted new linens because they didn't do their job & clean the room. She doesn't do her job she smokes pot in the front parking lot with other guests. The sign on the front desk NEVER goes away saying "we'll be back" no one there wants to do their job. Such an inconvenience from them if a guest needs help with something. Elevator never works don't get on it!! Especially if you're handicapped. Multiple cars that are broken into literally almost every other night. Smells like straight cigarettes and marijuana. The 2 weeks that I stayed there there was a orange m&m that was in hallway telling me that they don't sweep or vacuum the carpets ever. And obviously if you have some Street smarts multiple drug deals going on I think they're playing some funny business up there with the rooms. Room doors cracked so other crack heads can sneak in. I'm not stupid. Looks like some trafficking of some sort. Called the authorities to let them know & they are WELL aware of this place. Do not recomend especially if you have kids, not safe at all!!! So glad I got the out of there. Also they will not give a refund if you want to leave early due to their poor management & facility. I will also reiterate that Nicole at the front desk is a complete rude words the Lord wouldn't want me to say. Stear clear of this shift...
