El wero mariscos — Restaurant in Springdale

Avoid at all cost. This may be the worst place I have ever been to. Lets start with the food. The items tooks forever to arrive. The food that was suppose to be hot was either luke warm or cold. It was like some of the dishes sat after cooking and waited on the rest to be made. The shrimp were completely over cooked causing the meat to stick to the shell.

Service- Our waitress could have cared less to be serving anyone let alone our group of 8. This was for my father in laws birthday and she was in no hurry to do anything. She had to be asked repeatedly for multiple things such as three times about ordering appetizers, three additional times to bring plates for the shared items, and repeatedly to refill drinks. This place was not busy on a Saturday night at 5pm. Staffing was plently as these waitresses were huddling in a corner talking and laughing vs working. The result was paying an expensive amount for terrible service and sub par food. There are much better mariscos around and would greatly suggest you visit those establishments before this one. Pros: the place looked great. Clean and well designed. Cute decor. Cons: music was very loud. No hyperbole, but it was the worst seafood I've personally had. Had the raw oysters and they were not good. I had ordered a dozen oysters, luckily they messed up and only brought half. Had a sushi the Tempura sushi and only ate two pieces. Couldn't even finish it. They didn't have crumbs on the outside so it was just sushi they threw on a skillet and cooked the rice. Rice was mushy and overcooked. It was loaded with cream cheese. The eel sauce was terrible. Had some shrimp fajita tacos. Mrs said they were fine, but I didn't care for them. Staff was friendly but not the most professional or on top of it. They brought the oysters with no silverware or crackers or hot sauce. I had to ask twice for them. Mrs went to the bathroom and said it smelled of smoke. Not sure if it was the tobacco or the other kind. She said a waitress was in the bathroom on a phone call with the phone on speaker. All in all. Terrible restaurant experience. I should really start looking at the reviews because there customer service is extremely bad we waited 15 minutes just to get our drink order taken and was not busy at all and 35 min to bring out our food on top of that not once where we asked if everything was okay or needed anything else. There was about 3-5 waiters just standing around and talking with each other which was frustrating because they’re giving bad service and expect a tip. I will say the food is good the drinks are good as well.
