Took my truck at 12 to get wired up two new amps, new speakers didn’t start working on it till I went to check up on my truck at 4:30, two days pasted was already having problems, messed up my radio/ won’t take cd’s anymore saying my pioneer radio is old, ground wasn’t wired correctly so didn’t have subs for a day they solved that also told him about voice speakers pausing but bass still bumping never fixed it. These guys are amazing. I brought my radio in which my brother and I installed, and they fixed the microphone and rerouted it and hooked up a backup camera. I went there again. This time I got a sub I needed installed. I did buy speakers for my doors there also. My car sounds better now. The sub is nothing special, it has it's moments but for the most part it's pretty minimal for a sub. What can you expect for a Walmart sub. Right? My car does sound better. They are not authorised dealers of any products they sell. Would advise to research prices elswhere before paying 3x's the price at their store with no warranty. If you bring something back because it dont work, they will exchange it, but put broken item on shelf to sell to the next lucky customer. They seem nice and try to make you feel like they are doin you right, but like others say if you have issues with installation they will tell you guy is no longer with them.
