Starbucks — Restaurant in Springdale

This was my first experience at a Starbucks which is the new one in the mercy parking lot on elm springs road in Springdale. I ordered oatmeal and said I wanted it with all the amenities she told me that the blueberries were tart do you still want them and I said sure it's supposed to come with brown sugar packets and nuts package and blueberry package then I asked for a tall size tea with space on top to add milk and 2 splendas. Any case they give me a small size I said this isn't at tall size she said we don't use that term at this Starbucks I said well I guess you will be the first one I've ever came across that doesn't use the turn tall as in large. She said there would be a price difference and I said a price difference for more hot water or milk added to my cup. She later decided she went and charged me but filled it to the rim and it spilled all over my console. Then I drove off and then I got to Toyota started drinking it and realized it was not Splenda I called her back and she said they put stevia in it. What a wrack I'll never go back there again! They offer to do a refund or give me a new drink and check...

I stopped at this Starbucks during the early morning hours on a Sunday and walked into a rather empty restaurant. There was no line and my order was taken promptly. Unfortunately, the time it took to make one small coffee and microwaved eggs was long. It appeared the employees were more interested in processing mobile orders. Eventually, I received my meal and was on my way. My peppermint mocha was delicious, but my egg bites were rung up incorrectly. Instead of receiving bacon and Gruyère, I got ones that were filled with peppers. Ugh! I was already 10 miles down the road, before I realized the mistake. I definitely won’t...

The staff at this Starbucks are so incredibly kind and cheery every morning! I frequent this Starbucks several days a week before work and they are always so fast and so nice (the 2 girls this morning in particular: 10/11 at 6am) , I recently had an issue with an order I placed through the app and they fixed it and on my next order- today- they got me the item I missed which was so unnecessary and overwhelmingly kind. Thank you for everything you guys do and for such a positive and thoughtful morning...
