Panda Express — Restaurant in Springdale

If you are looking for a quick bite in Springdale, do NOT stop here. They will tell you to pull forward and they'll bring an order out when you're ready and then forget about you, until you remind them 20 minutes later that you are still waiting. Then the food will of course be cold, because it was ready long ago and just sitting there. Then to top it all off, when you get home the food will be the wrong order! They were very abrupt and rude customer service wise and they don't know how to give you the proper food. It's not like the people preparing the plate are making the food, they are literally just scooping food onto a plate and they still can't get it right. I then called because I wanted to get the right order the next time I came in and the girl on the phone kept asking me the same questions over and over after I kept answering them and was clearly not listening at all. You spend all that money for subpar Chinese food and the customer service sucks on top of it. I know it's fast food but geez do these people not get...

There is always something going on at this place. I ordered on the app they call me say they are out of white rice because they are close to closing i understand so i pick something else. They call back and say they are are completely out of beef and broccoli i only like three things from this place (sorry I’m a picky eater) so i ask them to cancel my order. The guy apologizes and says he can have beef and broccoli made but it may take a bit I don’t want to be a bother for the delivery person or the kitchen staff since they are about to close i ask him what time they close he says 9:30 i look at the time and it’s 4 mins until 9:30 i say no cancel my order. I then look online and there closing time isn’t until 10p

Other times they ran out of things i understand because i worked at restaurant before but i mean not as much as this place. They are always out of something. I don’t understand. I love panda but it’s always something...

As others have pointed out, this place is horrible. I guess it use to be good. I came here twice, both times customer service was horrible. The staff are rude, especially the manager lady. I went at 8:50pm today and they're already ready to close shop (they close at 10pm supposedly.) - To me this is lazy. To the franchisee, I've submitted a copy of this review to corporate for your convenience. You need a new manager with probably a few new staff. They were rushing me out the store the whole time. Getting to your location was difficult enough (it's hidden behind a walmart gas station), and when customers arrive, they're served with poor customer service and OK food. I wonder how this impacts your bottom line. Since this is Chinese food, as Chinese, I feel kind of disappointed and felt our culture is misrepresented with your staff - We Chinese are a bunch of hard working, and friendly bunch,...
