Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Springdale

When we received our chilli dogs after they struggled finding our order we placed in the drive thru with only two cars ahead that already left and one behind, they looked like they had been squeezed by only what I can assume was a disgruntled employee as they seemed stressed and struggling despite business not being booming that day. The drive thru Ai whatever was not listening properly and not a single person jumped on that head set to assist. Even taco bell knows better and they are the worst of the worst when it comes to your stuff. All four hot dogs were not only absolutely atrocious looking, but they came just wrapped in paper, no box. So when I opened it it was nothing but a hot dog in chilli soup. It was more in the paper than on the hot dog. Upon going inside to ask for a refund, there were ants just crawling around on the front counter where the pos systems are located. As a first time customer I can gladly say this first impression will not lead me back to spending my hard worked money here. Your better off taking your money...

This is my first time eating at Weinerschnitzel. The hot dog is clearly one of the lowest quality processed meat dogs available. The meat is a variety "USDA approved cuts of quality meat" per their website.

$12 for a "loaded" dog that likely costs under $1.00 in ingredients and low quality fries with a 1 oz scoop of toppings.

Profit over quality is clearly what's in mind with this business.

The customer service was average in my opinion just like any other fast food establishment which I provided the highest marks towards.

If I were to compare hotdog tastes to Sam's club right down the road. Same club easily outperforms when it comes to quality alone.

There's little chance I'll be back. I hope higher quality hotdogs will be available in the future, but due to the nature of this franchise business I will not keep...

not sure why all the good reviews. its hot dogs. i dont care if you are from california and this brings back memories for you. this isnt california . its Arkansas. sonic has better hot dogs. this place is expensive. but i guess they figured that out because i regularly see signs out front advertising " now with lower prices" its not that great. i havnt been back even after they advertised lower prices. that means they didnt have to charge those prices in the first place. i had chili dog and the chicago dog. i honestly make better dogs at home. ill go get nathans hot dogs at the store and buns and condiments i already have and feel like i got something way better than what this place offers. why cant we get a portillos or something awesome like a lou malnatis? if these people are going to move here at least bring some good food here to help the locals...
