UPDATE: I changed it to a one star review, because rather than owning up to their mistakes, the OWNER blamed me for my bad experience and sharing it on Google. I'm the "1% who have a bad experience, maybe I should've informed staff of my bad food, instead of running to Google" how are you supposed to notify staff when there's only 3 staff members working? SMH
We came here for a late lunch/early dinner this weekend. It seems like they don't have much staffing; we sat ourselves, our waiter was also bartending, and another staff member was outside cleaning windows. We ordered the buffalo chicken dip, which was good, but could have used more chicken and seasoning. I ordered the house burger with fries and my fiance ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich with chips. My burger was horrible, it tasted like a charred and fried boot with no seasoning. Not to mention, the burger didn't even fit all the way on the bun it was more like it only fit on 2/3 the bun. My fiance said her sandwich wasn't bad, but when I tried a bite I had to SPIT IT OUT. Read moreHad an early dinner with our adult son since he only lives a few blocks away. Service and food were great. Jillian was our server and was wonderful. Good portion sizes and cooked perfectly. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and was very full. Our son had the Beast Burger and said it was very good. Jillian warned him it might be slightly undercooked due to the mixture of meats, but it seemed to be cooked correctly. Only our son had the beer (ginger) but again said it was very good. Very nice to have several different sizes of beer in case you wanted to try different ones Restaurant was extremely clean. Read moreWe are frequent diners of their restaurant in red lion which rarely disappoints. Our experience at the new place was subpar at best. Took about 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge we were there after we were sat. Food was overcooked and our app was brought out after our main dishes had arrived.
