Worst experience I have EVER had at a fast food restaurant EVER!! Placed the order and pulled forward the mam with me went to pay and the girl dropped the change and it landed on the ground. So she said I need more money I don't have enough and he said I gave you the correct amount and you dropped it. She said well I don't have enough and you need to give me more money and he said we'll your the one who dropped it and she said we'll you can pick it up (we are in the drive-through and you can't open up the door to get out) and he said no, I paid you, you can come out and pick it up and he then said fine and gave her change AGAIN and SHE dropped it AGAIN!!!! Sooooo here we go AGAIN, she would wanted more money AGAIN and at that point I told him just get our money back and leave, we're not paying or eating here!!. She would not give the money back, she called the manager over who had no idea what was going on and started yelling at US!! All we want is our money back so we can leave!! That was the rudest and most unprofessional staff that I have EVER...
Read moreUnfortunately- this was a terrible experience. Not only did I wait 8 minutes at the speaker to place my order- I was rudely told I could have placed my order the entire time.

Upon receiving my meal- it was of course wrong. $10 for “fish basket”, my father in law did receive the fish but unfortunately nothing else. My large fry was a small and exactly ZERO condiments were given, even though ALL 3 were asked for- Ketchup, arbys sauce, and tarter sauce.
This was ALL after I asked them to check my order to ensure it was correct and was rudely...
