Bob Evans — Restaurant in Springfield Township

My family loves Bob Evans chicken noodle soup. In early September it was purchased for me when I was sick. I couldn't eat it, because of how spicy it was. Two weeks ago my husband wanted it. I bought 2 quarts (thinking the previous was just a mistake with the pepper considering we purchase this item 2 to 3 times a month throughout fall and winter). It was the exact same. Very spicy from the drastic amount of pepper that was put into it. This time I'm a little upset as I just spent $16 on something I couldn't eat due to my acid reflux. Last night 10/18/22 we decided to get turkey dinners. I get there at my online time to pick up and I waited 15 mins to get my food. I live 1.6 miles from Bob Evans. I get home open our food. It's ice cold and a long piece of blonde hair in my food ( my house hold is all brunettes). I'm disgusted at the quality of their food lately. After the 2nd round of soup I called and talked to an assistant manager told me he would replace only 1 of the 2 quarts I bought. Which is totally unacceptable because I told him I bought 2 that were the exact same way. I will be contacting the store manager and then corporate if my issue is...

Banana bread was dry, bacon was uncooked. My son's mac and cheese was microwaved so hot that the bowl was scolding hot and he burnt his fingers. The waitress took over 30 minutes for the check. Then another 15 for a box for pancakes. So 45 minutes total to get the check and a box. (Only 3 other tables there and 2 other waitresses). Cashier was eating behind register the entire time (she had 2 hoop rings in her left nostril). Never washing her hands even after licking her fingers handling menus, cash and items around the restaurant. She just wiped them on her pants and there was stains all over her shirt. When I went up to pay she didn't even acknowledge me or ask me how my meal was. She was talking to some young guy behind the register with her in a white shirt complaining about the schedule that was put up. When my son went to the restroom he said one of the cooks went to the bathroom and walked right out without washing his hands. Never going again! Date of check: 8/18/25 Time: 5:24...

I can only comment on the customer service or lack there of. I was seated relatively quickly. I then proceeded to wait 15-20 minutes. It appeared no one was waiting on the area where I was seated. The section right next to me had 2 servers and those customers were being waited on hand and foot. Both servers saw me sitting there and made no acknowledgement Also, the person who seated me look at me and then ignored me. It was 2 pm on Sat. 12/16. I then went to Bob Evans Trimble Rd. , was waited on immediately and received my hot food very quickly. Now that's customer service! Also the Trimble Rd location was decorated very nicely for Christmas. All pegged candies and displays were filled. Ontario always has empty pegs by the register, and the cash register area is always messy and mostly empty. I called Ontario to inquire how long for wait time while sitting in the Trimble Rd location. 15-20 minute wait for one person. They had several servers and Trimble Rd had one, and I was waited on immediately. My friend received the same treatment from Ontario. He also went to Trimble Rd Bob Evans.
