I went here last week in the evening after not patronizing this Domino's location for quite some time because of a previous bad experience, only to be disappointed again. I will not go back. I ordered 2 vegetarian pizzas. Both had to be remade because they had meat on them. I peaked at the pizzas after I got in the car. The first one was completely incorrect and had tons of bacon and chicken on it. The second one seemed to be ok at a glance. I took the 1st pizza back and explained that it was wrong, and the employee took ownership of the mistake. He apologized and remade the pizza. Afterwards, I checked it out and it looked good so I headed home. I got home feeling hungry and excited to eat. I opened the second pizza and saw a piece of pepperoni on it! I was heated and annoyed. I drove back to the restaurant to bring the pizza back. This time I got a different employee. I explained to him that I ordered two vegetarian pizzas, and this was the second time I had to return. I told him that I don't eat meat and did not order pizza with meat. He said it's just one piece of pepperoni on it. He was rude and nasty. He wanted to argue with me even though he saw the mistake. He had no care in the world that they had prepared a pizza that I did not ask for, it was the second time that I had to return a pizza in one day, nor did he care that I had to waste my time and gas to drive back because they messed up my food again. Additional, he told me that all the ingredients touch meat at that restaurant! He did not offer to remake the pizza. I asked for a refund, and he asked me for my phone number. He entered it, and said I had a credit. I said, " no. I want my money back." He said "we don't do that." I told him, then you will be remaking my pizza. He looked at me with darting eyes, sucked in his in teeth, and quickly walked away to remade the pizza. Unfortunately, he could not even get that pizza right either, as it clearly had pork bacon on the pizza! So, if you are vegetarian this is NOT the place for you!! Read moreI feel very uncomfortable writing a bad review during a national labor shortage and global pandemic. I am also a small business owner and was raised by restaurant owners. My husband worked in a pizza shop for 11 years. But this is the final time I can be disrespected by the staff at this establishment. We live less than .3 miles from the store. Tonight's order is ridiculous. We ordered online for delivery since I'm home alone with a small infant. I called when I saw the long wait time and was going to change to pick up for my husband on the way home and add a soda. The store informed me that the order had already left. 42 mins later we call the store and ask why we have seen the only driver pass our home TWO times in the last 30 mins. We ask the store manager how the routes are tabulated and if he can guarantee our food to be warm and fresh. He doesn't apologize or give us any help. Says eh... it depends... wow. He says give him a bit he should be there. We ask again how our food will be? He says... shouldn't be too bad- I mean should be fine... wow. The food is still not here. Absolutely not okay. Even a small I am sorry we are understaffed and we apologize for the wait. Literally no understanding or kindness. Then they end the phone call by hanging up not even saying goodbye. Rating the customer service: There aren't enough negative words to properly describe the experience you'll have at this store. Absolute JOKE. Abysmal. Their manager couldn't care less either. They answer the phone if you are lucky, as soon as they assess it's a complaint you'll here, "can I put you on hold?" then you'll never be able to get an answer again.
I ordered a pizza from here at 8:59pm on a Sunday w/ estimated 23-33minutes for delivery. The pizza was delivered at 11:40pm that Sunday night. Almost 3 hours later. After an hour I called the store 7 times with no answer. They were closed on Monday so I waited until Tuesday to call only to be put on hold. I called back 14 times (no exaggeration) with no answer. I waited until the afternoon at 4pm for a lazy voice to tell me "there's nothing we can do call your bank to get a refund." Call my bank? For a PIZZA ORDER???
We've lost. I get it man you probably don't love being a store manager of a Dominos but you are and therefore you have a job to do. Least you could do is do it RIGHT. Also Dominos app sucks and they just move blame around til you get tired and stop chasing down a refund.
