When I drove into the drive thru, there were no cars. The worker did not attend to me through the speaker until a few minutes later and had no customer service skills at all! She did not tell me what my total was instead she asked in an irritated voice, “anything else?” I pulled up to the window and o one came to the window for payment instead they stood around and spoke amongst each other for about 7 mins. She finally came to give me my food and charge me ; no greeting or apology for the wait. I looked at my food once I parked and saw black grinds all over my wake up wrap. If I could give this establishment less than one star I would! I understand it’s a fast food place but that does not mean you don’t provide customer services( coming from someone who used to work in fast food). Today I tried to order the $2 iced coffe clearly displayed on the sign and inside the store with a big poster. I didn’t know I was speaking with the manager through drive thru and she was horrible! She had attitude explaining that the sign should not be there but not answering my question. Then, when I got to the window she was even more unpleasant and gave me the drink with a nasty look on her face. EAT AT THIS DUNKIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS DUNKIN IS THE HOME OF HEROS I ordered from here for pick up, and shortly after eating my delicious food that all came perfectly, my car broke down in the parking lot. I was supposed to be picking my friend up from surgery, It was boiling hot and my phone was about to die. The hero’s at Dunkin let me into the air conditioned store even though it was locked, one employee lent me his phone to call AAA and a charger for mine. They then let me wait in there while I charged my phone and waited for a tow truck. Then two different people attempted to jump start my car and got it working!!
