On Tuesday 12/21/22@4:30 pm I ordered and paid for 3 pizza, to be delivered on Wednesday 12/22/22@ 11am to 1841 Bethlehem pike which is located directly across from the dollar street, I had to paid a delivery charge. At 11:45am I called Mr. Pete’s asking about our delivery, and was told that it was delivered to the wrong address!!! I was asked if I still wanted the pizza, I said yes, I also asked if we could have a free soda or a smile pizza, to make up for their mistake, I was told that they couldn’t and wouldn’t do anything for their mistake. not even did they apologize for it. My job was having a gift exchange @11am, 3 of the employees came in on their day off for this event, our pizza didn’t arrive until 12:15pm@ because of the late delivery we were unable to take the 15 minutes that was given to us to meet and exchange our gifts. I/we were very very disappointed with this service. We paid $65.65 and didn’t even receive the plates or napkins which I was promised. The customer service was awful and it’s the last time we plan to purchase anything...

The pizza had giant slices of tomato and two basil leaves on it, making it impossible to bite in to. There was literally no effort put into making this barely passable pie. On top of that, it was barely baked and cold when I picked it up (5 minutes before they said it would be ready).
Our "Caprese Salad" was the same story - a hacked up tomato with sliced mozz and two sad looking basil leaf pieces on a bed of worn-out iceberg. The menu said nothing about iceberg lettuce, and it was so disappointing.
I will never order from this place again, and I can't understand why there isn't a decent pizza place in...
