Good Evening Google Family. This was my very first time visiting. They have been in the shopping center for about a year. Thats how long I have not patronized this area, a year. It was good to be back!!! I had visited the post office, the dollar tree and the Giant prior before coming here. I really liked the look and feel of this place. It was decorated so well. I loved the pictures they had and the decor of the place. Very classy. Whoever designed it did a spectacular job. I must say that the hit of the day was the machine that brought the serving trays. I have never seen anything like it. Soon there will be no use for servers. I ordered shrimp and broccoli. So delicious and I had a lot of shrimp in there, So many places are Skimpy with the shrimp. My total was $23.21. I also ordered an egg roll, they call them spring rolls (2) of them. I couldn't believe that I had exact change down to the penny. God is so Good!!!! I didn't wait long. My food was ready quickly. Next time I will take a picture of the Serving trays. I will definitely be back, a great experience and the bag that your food comes in, its a reusable bag, it can be used again and again with the velcro fastening. I love this place, Good night Google Family and don't forget to work out, be healthy, fit and Fabulous!!!! I took a picture of the apparatus that brought the serving trays. So cute and...
Read moreWe are in town visiting for a wedding and had some free time in our day. We love dim sum and it’s not available where we live so thought we would search some out here in the Philadelphia area.
We decided on the Dim Sum Factory for this location and also its 4.6 star rating. I don’t know if we were eating at a different restaurant or not but what we had was extremely subpar.
We ordered the chicken dumplings steamed and the first batch that was delivered was tough as shoe leather. When we asked that they steam them a bit more to make them softer the waitress said that's how they should be. They did bring us a second serving that had been better steamed, but the flavor was absolutely lacking.
We also ordered the barbecue pork buns, which were OK and the shrimp shumai which were also OK. The tab for the three appetizers and two glasses of ice tea was over $40 not including tip. Much too high for the quality we received. Trader Joe's shumai and dumplings are much better and for a fraction of the price.
While I hate leaving negative reviews I would never ever recommend this place to another person looking for...
Read moreService is pretty poor and I was excited to come here. I had lip prints on my glass , the server walked away without saying a word then slammed a new water down. I really don’t think they like Black people here so I would def not recommend coming if you’re anything other than white. They are rude and unwelcoming to be a new restaurant.
The server had just served a Pelligrino to the table near me , I asked for one she replied “ what” “ we don’t have that “. I said yes you do and pointed to it . She argued that’s a club soda. Then she finally bought it to me and I showed her that the name of the drink is Pelligrino. No apology , nothing. They are very rude and act like you’re bothering them.
I dined alone , I ordered spicy garlic shrimp instead I got more of a sweet and sour shrimp, both my apps were luke warm but fair, my entrees were hot but again the dish was incorrect, but I kept it because I didn’t think they spoke good enough English to explain it to them.
Overall it’s...
