Awful service! Awful management. I assume the man I complained to was a district manager, he had a tattoo on his left hand near his knuckles! I ordered 4 ice cream. (2 plain and 2 hot fudge sundaes with extra sauce). The young man who took my order made one of each and then disappeared! I waited 10 minutes and stopped another employee who made the other plain ice cream, left it on the back counter and left! She came back 3 minutes later made the hot fudge sundae without extra sauce and handed me the two sundaes. I asked for a refund for the extra hot fudge sauce and she put more fudge sauce on the one and walked away! I asked her back where I could get spoons. She handed me two and some napkins. I asked for two more spoons so every ice cream could have a spoon and she gave me. E more, turned around and went to back. A manager was sitting at a table with an employee, I approached him and asked him if he could help me get a spoon so each ice cream could have a spoon and told him about the awful service! He responded def with thank you and I went to the play area assuming he would bring me a spoon. No spoon ever came when he was finished he got up and left store.    Read moreWould give less stars based on my most recent experience, but giving 3 stars for prior experiences that were uneventful. Ordered 2 filet of fish and 2 big macs. There was not a crowd at all, no one in line, but I still had to wait an unusual amount of time for my food. Got home only to discover that neither "fish" sandwich had actual fish on them. Both sandwiches were tartar sauce and cheese only. When I called the "manager" he had an attitude and did not one time apologize for their incompetence. I mean if what you do for a living is slapping a piece of fish on bread and you can't get that right? đ¤ Someone needs to get their head in the game. I understand that mishaps take place, but the guy working who advised he was the manager, was a complete joke, sarcastic and made an ignoramous statement that he didn't understand how it that could have happened, with an insinuation that I was making it up. To get an appropriate customer service response, I had to escalate the call to his superior. I will not go back after this experience.

   Read moreI have had more bad experiences at this location than good. Today I ordered five combo meals at the drive thru. The order on the screen was not correct it displayed the order of the customer next to me in the drive thru. I had to keep repeating myself. I requested to have the meals bagged separately. I pulled to the window after spending $40 and the meals were not bagged separately. I then requested to bag them separately and the young lady said âdonât you think itâs too late for that.â She reluctantly returns the food to bag them correctly but then the âmanagerâ comes back with my food and several bags (still not bagged separately). So I sat in the drive thru bagging my own food. This location is horrible. Lack of customer service, too many youths with no respect, and unskillful management. I have reported this location several times in the past with promises of free food and discounts and I have received nothing. I hope the Winton Road location gets shut down even though it is Finneytown it is not considered the Finneytown location so reporting a complaint got pretty confusing. Your staff needs to be trained. Do not spend your money here you will regret it. McDonalds does not live up to its mission. ...
