Subway — Restaurant in Springfield Township

Went there today ( 01/05/2020) around 6:30 pm and ordered a flat bread 12 inch and a wheat bread Sweet onion teriyaki sub. First of all the Girl working the register/making our sandwiches was incredibly rude to us, replying very curt with us despite making casual conversation with her (i felt rushed and i understand its fast food but it was incredibly rude especially since there was no one in line behind us.) Then I drove all the way home to eat my sub and it was six inches of actual toppings and 12 inches of bread rolled up in the sub itself.I even asked the cashier/Sub maker if it was twelve inches and she just nodded and rushed us along. I live on the other side of mansfield, for me to go back out to ontario is not reasonable. I love subway and normally i am not like this, but i have never had such a terrible food work experience lets just say i doubt i will order from this subway again, i do not appreciate...

I would not recommend. Very poor customer service. I ordered an unsweet tea and a cup for water. I was told they had to charge for the cup. I said, "fine," expecting it to be no more than 50 cents. I go to pay and I'm charged $1.79 twice. I ask about the charges and was advised that's the price for a cup for water. So, I told him that I'll go ahead and get two ice tea's since it's the same price. Go around the corner and there's no unsweet tea. I went back to the counter to tell the gentlemen and he walks around the corner and acts shocked that there's no tea. He wont refund my money and says I could get lemonade. Seriously?! I explained that I don't like my daughter and I to consume sugary drinks or artificial sweetners. Then he SARCASTICALLY says, " I'm sorry that you had to pay $4 for your water." I will...

Rudest most unprofessional staff I've ever dealt with aside from the 1 guy that came out and helped me even though he seemed to be super new and was struggling. For some unknown reason I guess this location tells staff to all go on break together because I had an online order that was supposed to be done at 7 so I could grab it after groceries and go home. 7:10 I go over and nothing is ready and 3 workers are sitting at a table talking and eating not paying any mind to me. 5 minutes later a guy comes out and asks what was going on which i tell him about my order and nothing had been done at all so I had to wait an extra 10 minutes on top of all the talking and waiting already to grab the sandwiches and get home. Very ridiculous if you left everything to one person so that 3 woman could sit...
