I was very happy that this restaurant was opening up near us because the only one used to be an hour away. •Pros: Good food (as always), fast service and friendly staff. Pretty clean restaurant (but I am only in here on the second day of operation) •Cons: Parking lot was a mess. No communication with anyone on where I could park. The inside of the restaurant had limited seating and they were pretty much all lined up together (picture). I don't know who designed that but, no! I don't want to sit down elbow to elbow with every family and hear everyone's conversations. The only fountain drink machine had people waiting for their food in front of it because of the small space, so you could not get to it without squeezing through the crowd or having people breathe down your neck. There are seats outside but when it's like 100° or winter or anything else of bad weather, that's not happening. I just hope it gets better. I might try the drive thru next time. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This food was delicious! The woman. In the drive-through, you did a wonderful job at directing us towards the menu. There was a little bit of a wait but it is new to town, so it is completely understandable. Especially for how good the food is! I have no clue why there are so many bad reviews with only four stars! It's a restaurant, a fast food one at that. Orders will be gotten wrong, and things won't be made exactly the way you like it. Because they are not personal chefs! We are only humans! So I am here to make that change and give the 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This was my first time ever visiting raising cane's And I was not disappointed! The staff did an amazing job and even interacted with our children! That makes my day as a mother to be able to see my children enjoying conversation with someone who appreciates them being there. Thank you all at raising canes in ontario ohio for making my first experience here the best one yet at a fast food restaurant!! Top teir service!!

Our first time eating at the Ontario Caines was a great experience! They were very busy but we got our food quickly and found a table. Food and service were both great, restaurant was clean! They even have gluten free tenders for my bride. The location is tough to get in and out of when it's busy but utilize some patience and you'll manage just fine. As a rule, I never use a drive thru, too frustrating when a mistake is made, and the food is better when you eat in the dining room. We'll be eating here again.

I consider myself a major Cane's fan. I've always loved their food after experiencing it when I worked in the Columbus area.

What you see is what you get. I see a lot of people complain "it's just chicken fingers" - well, it's literally in the name. Many restaurants stick to one thing and one thing only and then do it very good. That's what Cane's does.

Having a location a little bit closer to home was an exciting thing to see. The location is a bit rough to get in and out of. I feel they could have picked a better location in the area but it's here and that's not changing. Be mindful that you're stuck with right turns to get in and out of the place and plan accordingly.

As I always do and any Cane's veteran does, I went inside to order. Service was very good, employees were polite and served everyone with a smile. Food came out very quickly within moments of me filling my fountain drink. Portions were good and it tasted great as always. The genuine Cane's experience. The chicken was great. Hot and juicy. The fries good and hot. Texas toast always on point like it tends to be. And of course that amazing sauce.

I'm glad to see Cane's in the area now and keeping up to the standard...

This Cane’s is absolute trash from top to bottom. Vicky Hampton walks around with the nastiest attitude like she’s running a boot camp instead of a chicken joint. She doesn’t care about her workers at all — they look overworked, miserable, and treated like slaves. It’s pathetic.

The service is a nightmare. You’ll be stuck in line forever just to get some bland chicken fingers that aren’t worth the wait. And when you finally sit down? Good luck — the tables are always dirty, sticky, and disgusting. Clearly nobody here knows how to keep a restaurant clean.

The building is laughably small. For a “brand new” spot, it feels like they crammed it into a shoebox. It’s always overcrowded, chaotic, and uncomfortable. Whoever thought tearing down Denny’s to replace it with this dump made the dumbest decision ever.

This Cane’s is a disgrace — horrible management, horrible service, dirty as hell, and not worth a single cent. Don’t waste your time here. If I could leave 0 stars I would....
