I have been a Wendy's customer for over 30 years. However, 1/9/21 may be my last. When I arrived around 1:30 pm, I was the 11th car waiting in line for the drive thru, ok, I can listen to Ohio State basketball while I wait, upon getting to the order screen, 18 minutes later, I politely requested the 4 for $4 menu double stack, from the intercom the person informed me "the double stack is no longer available on the $4 menu". So I ordered a #1 single combo, $3 more than what I had wanted to spend, The order was $6.99, arriving at window #2, I handed the employee $7 in cash and was not offered change or a receipt? Ok, so pulling to the pickup window, some 27 minutes after getting in line, I accepted my order. I pulled over to look in the bag, no napkins, no ketchup or dipping sauce for the fries. I unwrapped the burger, it was ok, not real hot, but ok, taking a bite of the fries, They were barely luke warm. This was very disappointing. First if your not going to have the double stack available, remove it from your menu board. Second, luke warm fries? Really. I sat in line for 25 minutes and no new fries were done in that tine frame. No napkins is unacceptable. Then I thought, well I will call the manager or fill out a survey, well with no receipt thst made it more difficult. I completely understand being busy and the stress it puts on employees and managers, however quality and sales processes should never suffer to the customer when they choose to come to your location. I don't know why I keep doing this to myself. I keep wanting baconator fries because ANY OTHER WENDYS WILL HAVE THEM OUT THE WINDOW ALMOST INSTANTLY, and I keep thinking that all this place needs is time, and it will improve, but labor shortages clearly haven't helped things. There's 1 or 2 back there that seem to want to strive for greatness, and hopefully they find their way out of this cesspool, because there is nothing here that resembles greatness...or averageness for that matter.

I somehow thought that enough time had passed (as well as the rest of the car not wanting arby's right next door), and decided to try here again, this time through the drive through. Again, I was treated to an excruciatingly long wait, and none of the 3 orders made correctly. Again, go somewhere else......

As of the week of July 15th, 2019 I’ve been here twice in the last month, and this last visit was the longest, most ridiculously long waste of a trip I’ve ever had to any fast food place, ever. You can wait in the drive through for over 15 freaking minutes for a simple order and the food will be okay or there's no way of the drive-thru in the food is actually freaking horrible and I mean it is disgusting Cold disappointing disgusting crap. Morning more often than not You're going to have to wait and they don't apparently take people in the lobby after 7:00 maybe it's a staffing issue I don't know but it's bull crap. Sometimes you just have to cut your losses cold fries suck. and going back in and arguing with people isn't going to help that. Avoid at all cost.
Update April 29-25; haven't been here for a while so I figured I would at least give them one more chance. Well apparently they serve baconators and lunch items at 7:21 in the morning. Talk about great customer service! And to really just top it all off. I had three cars ahead of me in line when I got up to the menu and placed my order. All right. Well whatever you know it's Tuesday morning. Nobody really wants make breakfast. They're doing what I'm doing and just stopping through and trying to get something quick to eat before they get into work. Hell no, apparently not. Apparently we'll just take your order. Have you stand in line for 10 minutes? Not half the line, move and get you. So damn frustrated that you don't see the point in waiting...
