I live close by this location and have visited often in the last 4 years. Unfortunately in the last year the quality has gone down hill. I purposely have not purchased from this location for the last 4 months but decided to try and see if things had gotten better. Nope! They changed their burger about a year ago and I could taste the difference. The new burger is awful and frequently barely cooked. The onion rings have been over cooked each time I purchased in the last year and once they were even burnt. The employees need a refresher course on mixing the drinks. Every time I've purchased a cherry lime aid in the last year there is never a cherry in it and only sometimes a slice of lime. The pickles on the burgers are barely pickles. Where ever they purchase their pickles, has not allowed the pickles to cure long enough. You can tell from the taste and the lack of opacity. This has been the same for the last year. The tomatoes always taste over ripe. Other locations near by dont have these problems. I really think this location is trying to cut corners with the budget and it is noticable. On the good side the employees are quick and pleasant and the drive through wait time is average.
