Had to rate this to leave a review. Went to this restaurant. Ordered some food. Got my order. Went to the counter to ask for some ketchup packets for my order. Had to go to the other part where the napkins to get one to wipe the coleslaw off of the bag. Took my order out to the truck. Had to go back in to the restaurant to get someone that was using the bathroom. Upon going back in the manager accused me of stealing a bottle of ketchup that was sitting on the counter in the area where I was. I took my bag back into the store and asked where the bottle of ketchup was at. She told me that I just needed to leave. She was on the phone with her Gm. She also said I'm not crazy. I was really hungry and looking forward to just going home, settling in and not cooking. Low and behold, I made it home and was in the process of serving my family.and still had to pull out the pots and pans because the crew was ready to go home and seemed to have just thrown some food in bags and sent me on my way. 😡 I normally check my order before leaving an establishment but decided against it this time in order to go ahead and leave because it was a couple of minutes till closing. I ordered 4 chicken strips and only got 2 for whatever reason. On top of that, the person taking my order was both rude and rather inattentive. I had to repeat my order TWICE until he finally understood me just to have my food arrive lukewarm which was extremely disappointing. I mean considering that I live very close to this place.
