I'm sure it's not like this every day, and I'm not usually one to give 1 star reviews, but this was the worst fast food experience I've had. We went through the drive thru, ordered 2 medium combos, a roast beef sandwich and a Cajun turkey sandwich. It took him a couple tries to read our order back correctly, but he eventually got it. We were the only cars in the drive thru. We pulled up to the window and he had no idea what we had ordered. We told him again what it was and he said okay and went back in for a minute. A couple minutes later he opens the window and I was about to hand him my credit card when he says "I'm sorry what did you guys order again?" We give him our order again. A minute or two went by and I made a joke to my fiance that they would ask again what we wanted. He pokes his head back out the window "okay so on the medium combo with the diet Coke you wanted which sandwich?" So I brush it off again and eventually we get a total and I pay for my meal. A minute or two goes by and he pokes his head back out and asks that we move up to the yellow line while our order is made because at this point a line has formed behind us. We wait. 5 minutes goes by. 8 minutes. About 10 minutes in the guy from the drive window comes outside and has no food with him. "What did you guys order again?" I'm starting to get mad. My patience is pretty much gone. I managed to nicely tell him our order again. He goes back in. 5 more minutes goes by. I make eye contact with the driver behind me. He yells to me that he is trying to get them to hurry up. His patience is gone. He yells at the drive through people and drives off. 10 more minutes goes by and I have made eye contact with the next car in line and they are angrier than the last guy. I go inside finally. I see my order up on the screen with I little timer on it that is going on 26 minutes! The guy in the kitchen is clearly mad because the drive thru and front counter workers are clueless what is going on. I here him "what's that car that pulled up still doing there? What is their order?" I tell him it's my order. I said it's the one on your screen with 2 medium combos. He said he made it already. He read it back as a BLT and a roast beef sandwich. I corrected him and said it was the Cajun one. He gets mad cause he made the wrong one. I looked at the menu and saw it was the same price. I said "I'll take it. I just want food, it's been nearly 30 minutes!" The lady at the front starts to bag it and goes to get fries. All the fries were over cooked and old. The man in the kitchen is still yelling at the other two who are clueless about anyone's orders. It was just awful. There was about 20 different sandwiches under the heater that were not being served. Not sure what was going on that day, but it was not a good experience. I made a joke to my fiance before going there that I would drive to Arby's on the other side of town and then drive back. Well turns out it literally would have...
Read moreCame through the drive through and was very specific on how I'd like my food bagged as I was taking part of it to my boyfriend at work. The young man at the window didn't seem to take his job very serious, in fact I was initially told my food was $4 higher than it should of been. I can only assume he was to busy goofing off with his buddy due to me getting to the window and they were standing there laughing. He slammed the window shut when I was attempting to hand him my debit card. I asked him to share the joke since they were all laughing to which he replied there wasn't one. The manager came to the window all food in one bag and preceeded to rebag my food in the drive thru window (isn't that a health code violation). Upon asking for my receipt since I was never given one she said she could reprint it to which said please. After about a minute or two she told me thanks have a great night NEVER HANDING ME A RECEIPT. As for the food my fries were cold (im sure having them set on a cold window seal did them no justice) I had a slice and a few pieces of meat and barely a smear of cheese on my classic beef and cheese . I fully understand I chose fast food but can't I get some food and a little better service considering you pay $3.99 for a beef and cheese...
Read moreThe ONLY reason I go back is because of my unwillingness to drive across town fruit friggin curly fries. This location has the absolute worst customer service! I get it, you hate your job. I understand the pay sucks, and sometimes customers can be (to put it nicely) complete jerks! Having worked in fast food for several years, on the crappier side of glenstone, I know the pain. That being said, I don't think the women who run the drive-thru care about the pleasantry (or lack there of) of the customer. My boyfriend and I both worked fast food and have a firm belief in treating fast food employers with as muc respect as we would anyone else. But why bother here? It doesn't matter how nice we are, we are treated like crap and like ans extreme inconvenience every single time we visit this location. I'm one who believes in treating the customer as I would like to be treated and I understand that in some cases, that is near impossible, but jeez! These girls take their anger out on everyone! They don't listen when you order, as over half the time, the order winds up being wrong. They rush the customers to order, only to have us sit at the window for minutes on end just to pay. It's truly appalling they are allowed to get...
