Mean Grillers BBQ — Restaurant in Springfield

They messaged and offered me what I wanted on pre-order. I work in medical so I couldn't be there early but we discussed meeting at 530 which allowed me to run out the door and straight there. I get there and the truck is closed up. I message the person who I spoke to and heard nothing back until 2 hours later telling me something came up. I was not mad that something came up cause that's life, it's the fact they were inconsiderate enough not to tell me and then expect 10% off to make things better when they were already offering that on what I requested. We booked them for my work celebration event and it was an absolutely awful experience. They were extremely unorganized and always had excuses, slow to respond, never saw my emails because they "got so many", failed to remember the number of people, food choices, and times, even forgot the address. Then after confirming a few days prior - they NEVER SHOWED UP despite talking on the phone with them and they were supposedly on the way / 11 minutes away.
