Arby's — Restaurant in Springfield

This place is trash.. The manager with the stash is cool .. The bald white dude is trash and the heavy set white girl is rude cant even make a sandwich properly... I order the meat mountain and a chicken sandwich.. Get told to pull foward to wait for fresh fries. I did patiently. The manager bald head brings my order proceeded to tell me they ran out of chicken breast and instead of the chicken breast sandwich he gives us a 4 chicken strip sandwich ..not ever giving us a choice till last minute when he brings it out. So we accept being understanding. Get home the meat mountain i order had soggy bacon barely one slice of turkey and 2 lil slices of brisket dry roast beef not fresh .. Lets put it this way arby didnt have ALL THE MEATS. my girls chicken sandwich was not at all what she wanted. So i call to get it right bald white dude manager says return ill make it right. I drove 25 min round trip back to arbys .get there he said smart mouth type whats wrong with it i know we made it right. I tell him naw explian again he says ok ill fix it . we small talk .. I wait 10 min get my order excited ready to eat so i head home. I arrive open the sandwich much to my surprise my other meat were right portions bacon crispy but low and behold at the bottom instead of two chicken strips its a full chicken breast. Which the manager told me the first time they were out of. I call back explian they act like im wrong but tell me yes we put a chicken breast to save time instead of the two chicken fingers that were supposed to be on it. The chicken breast was old soggy look like it been sitting a while. She said oh we found a bag after i left somewhere in the back. You told me you were out of.. Either way it was made wrong .. Worst...

I haven't had a bad experience at an Arby's yet but what I experienced this evening was unlike anything I've ever experienced before. Our cashier was overly friendly as I walked through the door, which caught me off guard. My first thought was that he was up to something. Through the rest of the encounter he was polite beyond reproach. He spoke to my boy like his opinion mattered and made him feel comfortable. He talked to both my wife and me on equal grounds. He even helped console my infant daughter. His manners were impeccable and he went above and beyond anything I've ever seen in the service industry. I have never gone anywhere and felt more welcome or at home. Andre is a friggin' superstar! And as far as the food is concerned, it was all made fresh and tasted so. The rest of the staff seemed friendly as well. They all worked together like they've been on the same shift for years. The next time I'm in Springfield I will definitely make sure we eat at this...

We normally visit Arbys often with no difficulty, yet on our last visit we encountered an issue. Being seniors, we asked for the discount when ordering and at the window when paying. Yet, the woman at the window claimed that we didn't ask for the discount and scolded us for not asking, even though we had requested the discount twice. The manager also scolded us for not asking for the discount and in an angry ired fashion began to bang on the cash register to correct the discount issue. They threw the food at us stating here's your food and then handed us the discount refund with a scowl. Rude, curt and condescending behavior for a manager and absolute lies that we did not ask for the discount. Also our order was incorrect but because of the brash treatment we just accepted the mistake and went on our way. I am appalled that we were treated this way and I highly recommend if you want to take advantage of their offered discount ... beware. It could...
