I went and got the shawarma deluxe on a sunny early afternoon recently… I was surprised to see the shawarma rolled into a sub instead of pita bread or a roll! That was itself a major red flag for me. I’ve had shawarma in many places across the US and never have I seen it in served in a sub. Also, it was not hot or even warm. It tasted like it was cooked in the previous day. Overall, disappointing. I don’t mean to put down or give feedback just for the sake of it. Hopefully, the owner sees this comment and improves the cooking method and serve more tasty and hot shawarmas.
