I am a previous employee to an Arby's in CO, I know how things are supposed to be done, DO NOT GO THIS ONE AFTER 5PM. The night staff are a bunch of incoherent children, they do not have any customer service skills and are disorganized. Morning mostly fine, night shift go at your own risk. I went in to get a sandwhich, it's an older thing no longer on the menu so I had to ask about it. They not only messed the sandwhich up so bad (It was a basic sandwhich no alterations to the recipe from when it was on the menu) it was inedible 2 times before I actually got it, they also did not offer me anything for the trouble, It's a 10min drive each way for me and I was at one point standing inside for 10min (The one guy who did was on break and didn't mention to the rest about it). Giving the GM a call in the morning, I was having a bad day to begin with so I'm making sure I at least get that free shake i was promised in the morning. Wish I would've said something about the fries I knew were going to be cold by the time I got back home, but I was too irritated to talk to them after that. Read moreSo disappointed in the service at this restaurant. I go here often and it’s repeatedly a bad experience when I go at night. Tonight I went here and ordered two combos, one sandwich by its self, and one fry by itself as well as 4 pies. Everything was made fresh like they said it would be; however, they did not give me Arby’s sauce like I asked, and I was missing a fry. The sandwich I got was supposed to be a double, and I only got a single roast beef and cheddar. It’s so frustrating when I pay almost $40 for food, and it takes over 25 minutes from the time I pull into the drive through (mind you I was the car behind the ordering car). I was told I had to wait 7 minutes for fresh chicken which I was completely fine with but I waited for 10-15 minutes. I have tried to support local businesses during this difficult time, but several times I have gone through this Arby's drive-thru and gotten home only to discover that part of my order is missing. By the time I go back for what is missing the rest of my order is cold and they always refuse to replace the entire order even though it is their fault my whole order is ruined. This happened again tonight and to make things worse they refused to bring what was missing from my order to my car, they instructed me to get into the very long drive-thru line a second time to get what they forgot. I find this to be extremely poor customer service and will not give them another chance. I paid for all of what I ordered and not only didn't get everything I ordered, but my sandwiches were cold and the french fries I did get were cold and stale.
