While the people here are apologetic and nice, the service is ABYSMAL… idk how a reputable brand such as Burger King would allow such horrible service but it’s just ridiculous, I’ve had the pleasure of ordering from this Burger King three times since working in Springfield and I don’t believe I will ever return. All three times I had the same issue, the first time I ordered through the app and when I pulled up they said they couldn’t find my order so I waited 10 minutes for the manager to come up and say “sorry we bumped your order before it was finished what’d you have again” so they bumped my order off the screen before it was done and didn’t even know what I had ordered 20-30 minutes after the initial order was placed. So I had to wait, the second time I got a TOTALLY WRONG order and had to return to have my food remade, this most recent one was the worst, after a few months of not going I decided to give it a try again so I ordered on the app again, and went in at the EXACT time my food was supposed to be ready, got through the drive through with no problem but then when I get to the window they have me pull up because my food isn’t ready mind you all I got was a whopper, fried pickles, and onion rings, they said they were waiting on onion rings, no problem, I don’t mind waiting for fresh food, so I parked behind the building where they have you wait, 15 minutes pass and I then have to go into the building because I’m on lunch break and can’t wait any longer, just to be greeted by 4 other customers trying to get an order fixed, one requesting a refund and the other three waiting for their food, all while they’re still taking orders through the drive through and front desk, I saw about 10 people served food before I was even addressed, the lady asked my name and handed me my order that was COMPLETELY COLD…. I would totally understand if it was busy there, but there was MAYBE 20 customers, I’ve worked in the food industry in a restaurant setting serving 40+ people at a time as a cook and waiter, so the ideal that this Burger King can’t service 20 customers is insane…...
Read moreSo after my 2nd Substandard experience within a month, I have to leave a review. 1st time: Ordered a Family Bundle through the App to pickup at 7:30 pm for dinner. Got there 10 minutes after the order was placed. 5 minutes early from the time I put I needed to pick it up by. Still waited 15 minutes after the time I put on the pickup order. No one was in there when I arrived. After waiting in person for 10 minutes, 2 people came in and ordered separately. They received their food before I got my order. This is 20 minutes after placing the order on the App. Finally got my order 5 minutes after they received their food. So, what was the point on ordering through the App if I could’ve just done it in person and it would’ve taken the same time to get it? Makes no sense. 2nd time: Went inside to order based on my last experience. Ordered just 2 breakfast sandwiches. Four people in the place waiting on their order. No one in the drive thru when I went in. Long story short, 20 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. They were getting the drive thru orders to them 5 minutes after I had already ordered. Same breakfast sandwiches except different meat topping. Manager was professional and apologized a couple of times. Even asked the line cook why he didn’t do my order before the drive thru orders. He said he didn’t know and laughed. I think I’m pretty much done with this location. Especially seeing the other 1 star reviews. I will be amazed if this place is still open in 6-8 months. Read moreThe only reason I gave this location 1 star was because I could give it a -50!!! There is one female who works in the drive-thru who is a continual WITCH! I would give my receipt # but she did not put it in my bag. I was there today (7/12/19) and placed my order for 1 children's hamburger and 1 children's cheeseburger for a total of $2.18. I used my change= 20 dimes, 3 nickels and 3 pennies. The truck in front of me sat there for almost 10 minutes and was never asked to pull up. When I was finally able to pull up, I handed her my change. She NEVER makes the effort to bend and reach out the window always making me reach for her. When she saw the change, she gave me the rudest look while rolling her eyes...and she took her sweet time counting it, as well. She stopped in the middle of counting to take the next order in line and then proceeded to count my money...all this after waiting for almost 10 minutes in the drive thru. After she took the next order, she then proceeded to one by one put my change in her drawer before handing my order. She didn't even look at me while she handed me my food...no thank you...no receipt...just HUGE ATTITUDE. It won't be hard to figure out who she is...I was there on Friday, 7/12/19 and in the drive thru from 12:25 until 12:40. I am a business owner and frequent this location about 3-4 times a month....NEVER AGAIN. If she worked for me...she'd be fired immediately!!! I will NEVER return to this...
