Ordered food online because Google said they was open yesterday 11-9 (Saturday) and I received a email confirming my order and a pick up time. I drove across town to pick it up about 4:45ish and my pick up time was supposed to be at 4:38 and the restaurant was closed with notes on the door about the card reader was having issues and they closed early because of staffing or something of that nature. I am now mad because I have to contact the bank because the email of the number to contact for is Lucas Pizza number and it isn't working it beeps a few times and hangs up showing failed call on my cell. If the business is closed up and temporarily or permanently it should be known and Google will update that info now I have to go through my bank to see about getting my $71.79 back for services I absolutely didn't receive. If I have a online order how many more did as well not to mention the money they was out. The restaurant should of stayed in the mall they would of made it even if it would of been in the food court because if something is good ppl know where to go and it was a bad move to move in my opinion. I am now after this DONE with online restaurant ordering and ordering over the phone...

I just spoke to an employee of yours (Aug 20th at 12.44 PM for 13minutes 48 sec)who identified herself as manager .We had a pizza order that was messed up 2 months ago and got a wrong pizza and have receipts of all the order and when we called on the same day when our order was messed up ,an employee by name Cameron Cano told us to come by and get a free replacement pizza next time we are in town . He said he was going to leave a sticky note on the wall for other employees and so we can come anytime to get our pizza. Your so called manager today refused to honor this because per her , your employee Cameron was not trained properly and hence he gave wrong information to us (in her own words) If your employee is not trained well ,how is it my responsibility ?I asked her what her name was .She said she can't give her name as she is not required to give her name What a laughable and ridiculous way you are conducting your business...seriously? You tell your employees not to identify themselves. This speaks a lot abt your business This is not acceptable to me and unless someone addresses this properly , I am infuriated bout my experience with this lady on...
Read moreCame here with my girlfriend and I have lots to say. The girl at the front counter could not care less about us. We stood there for a minute while she played on her phone. She finally got her head out of her a$$ and didn’t even say hi. She says and I quote “what do you want.” I looked at her as if she had told me I was turning purple. I also failed to mention that there wasn’t a single person in the whole place. It was 5 on a Friday night. They said the only thing they could even give us was one slice each and that they also didn’t accept card right now. That was fine as I had cash on me so I proceeded to order as my girlfriend who was quite clearly eating with me was looking still. I finished telling after 2 interruptions and then was asked if that was going to be it. I had ordered one slice of pizza and obviously I was not done. We decided to take our buisness else where that night. Let’s just say if a place has no buisness on the buisness night of the week and is also denying making a whole pizza for the family I’m trying to feed.
