Casey's — Restaurant in Springfield

I’ve been to this location several times and have never had an issue until Becca, the general manager, stated that she refused to cancel my order when I stated we would not be able to wait 2hrs for our pizza. As someone who has been in their position before, I could not understand why they were so rude and unprofessional, when I attempted to call back after being told I needed to cancel my order online, even though all over the app, my email, and online clearly states you must contact your store to cancel the order, she blocked my number because she knew what she told me was wrong. Coming from retail and food, you’re not allowed to do that all because someone wants to cancel an order and you’re in the wrong. If you’re wrong, just own up to it. Not try to hide...

Quick service...unbeatable food service (fresh pizza, donuts, subs, cook to order anything during all hours of the day...even delivery if you dont want to get out on a Saturday night!) This particular location was an old Quick Trip store and i am very fond of them...but i will say this caseys has an awesome kitchen and in my opinion has surpassed QT...i would also like to point out that i used to work for another big competitor from iowa, kum and go...i see other cstores trying to build on the kitchen idea such as kum and go...dont get me wrong because the new go fresh markets that KG is building are very nice too, but caseys piiza and more have a signature that just cant be beaten or copied...keep up the...

I like Casey's decided to order through the APP for pick up ordered a sub Turkey Club, most club sandwiches have Bacon but mine was burnt not well cooked but burnt, I didn't know I needed to be specific to the bacon cooked and crispy yes but burnt no used my Casey's cash plus paid with my credit card Wow I feel cheated Casey's needs to give me a fresh new Sandwich or refund my money I ordered a 12 inch have half of it left waiting on response, now I got to take my time to write this review but, also go back there if they do what's right to get a replacement or refund, the deli counter guy was super nice as the staff there usually always are, but this food item SUPER...
