Hobby Lobby — Local services in Springfield

While I was looking for a specific item, I out loud said " I need to find someone who can help me" a woman stopped and looked at me and very blunt and rude said " What do you want?" I was somewhat taken back, but she did help me by showing me different options and where they were so I brushed it off. When we got to the register the woman was very short and rude, not friendly at all, she got irritated with my child who was excited about her new toy. My receipt states her neam is JERUSHA H. 2 rude employees in 1 visit. Just off putting.I shop here atleast a few times a month. Today I took my daughters for the first time we had a blast. They were so excited.I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS STORE. BEAUTIDUL, so many choices and options while some things do seem a little high priced, overall I feel it's reasonable for the quality you pay for, and they always have deals, and I love what they represent and try to always support business with good chritian values. Generally my experience is always a great one. Just believe that when you choose to work in a retail store, customer service...

Was very nice other then a employee whom thought she was right and wasn't but . I do understand. We all are not perfect. But when . I ask about a price and she stated it's on the frame . Ok went back literally didn't see any kind of a price tag or bar code . But she argued back wow but they do have some fantastic products if your into that kinda of items but the other 2 lady's where very nice and helpful. Thank you for the two ladies that was helpful. All can be said about the rude one maybe that person needs to have a re focus talk with H R on how customers makes all business work or not . But please check them out if you like.doing odds and ends. Or maybe time to re decorat there homes or offices. Hope all have a fantastic experience thank you . Okay after reading this review I realized the lack of effort for a place I truly love and fell in love with the first time I walked in. 🥰

From the moment I walk in I feel energized and inspired.

From my experience only, I would have to say is all the coolest people in the whole world come here AND Work here. The staff are always so eager to help and are very knowledgeable.

I would hear from some that their prices are sorta high, but honestly I have always thought with their many deals it's really not that bad of a price.

ALSO, IF your wanting to try something new like I always am. They have little pamphlets at each section breifing you on the how too.
