Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Springfield

If I could give 0 stars or negative I would. Normally I would on any given day say Pizza Hut is our favorite anytime we get pizza they are our go to. Today was a massive downhill crapshow. I went to order pizza online thru the app. Had a 25 percent off order in my inbox and used that ordered my food paid in full online thru the app and waited. Deliver driver was late and when he showed up said okay you owe this amount which funny enough was the amount I was saving with my discount. I said no I paid in full online and called the store and showed the driver my receipt on the app my bank showing it took out and even the 25 percent off that I was given. Did the store lead fix the issue? No. He did not. So instead of getting the food I paid for they ended up saying they would cancel the order and put it as refunded since it showed "delivered". Put that i owed that money that was taken off for my discount. Like okay what a joke you even said you had other customers with issues online but couldn't come up with a better solution to fix the problem so me and my family could eat. Will definitely not be ordering from the north kansas location after this was so...

They have switched over to Door Dash for delivery, and the quality has gone down severely. I used to order weekly, but the last 3 times my order has been wrong/messed up. One door dash driver carried the pizza under her arm like she was carrying books, that pizza was ruined. I was told I'd get a free pizza next time, I did not. The next time the order was completely wrong toppings, crust, and missing a drink. Then I decided I wouldn't tip until delivered and checked, the door dasher stole my order. I had a $20 tip ready for when they got here. Manager called me to say they were refunding and remaking for free, but it would be another Door Dasher bringing it. We ordered pizza and wings for delivery at 11:40 pm and at 12:30 am tried calling several times they would not answer, even called other stores trying to get through. They put our order through Door Dash and turned the driver away saying they were preparing to close and resubmitted the order back to Door Dash and told the second driver they are closing and turned them away. Almost a week later they still haven't returned the money or even offered any coupons or anything. They said Door Dash driver stold the order, not true,, They turned them away.
