Went in, guy starts by telling me they are out of most everything. I opted for tuna which they had very little of. I ask for mayo, no mayo. How is subway out of mayo? He proceeds to make my sandwich on bread I didn't want but they only had white and wheat. I asked for a combo and said "any chance since you're out of most of the basics you can upgrade my drink to a large on the house due to the inconvenience?" He then says I don't have to pay for the order if I didn't like it, he would just throw it away. The horrible service I got from this guy is ridiculous! Is that subways new quality of service? Theu would rather lose a $17 sale than upgrade a drink because they can't offer their usual quality of service? Never stepping foot into subway again. Almost $17 bucks for a half a s s tuna sandwich... the least they could have done for customer service is upgrade my drink but he charged me for that too. Awful awful service. If you're open until 10 then you start closing down at 10:01 not friggin 8:30pm !!! Tired of this bull where closing time starts an hour or more before hours of operation cease.. the attitude was of a guy who wanted to get out of there at 10 pm. Instead of apologizing and offering to refund or remake the order she tried to tell me I couldn’t READ THE RECEIPT, the woman who makes sandwiches for a living said I couldn’t read the receipt. Lol It was either that I couldn’t read or that I was lying. So I took them back and she still wanted to argue they were made correctly until I listed out the items on the receipt and dumped the sandwich out. Had the matter been handled correctly it wouldn’t have been a big deal. Instead she wanted to tell a customer they were lying and couldn’t read.
