Five Guys — Restaurant in Springfield

Didn't get order right again 😟The thing is, is that We really love this place! But the last 2 times our to go orders have been wrong! On both of ours. His was..Double bacon cheeseburger with everything except for lettuce and onions mine was double mushroom cheeseburger with everything on it and I meant everything except for anything hot as far as peppers we got home his had lettuce and onions on it. And then mine had mushrooms cheese very little Mayo and that was it. Very disappointing for $31! An when on a covid 19 income... SO this was a treat for the both of us just to get home and be disappointed. IT makes you think twice about even wanting to return after two times of not getting an order right and it wasn't even Rush hour an wasn't even busy, it was around 2 p.m.in the afternoon, so there is no excuses for not getting the order right! Not even right on the receipt either as far as what the order was to be... It's a lack of EITHER TO PAY ATTENTION or maybe it was a "NICOTINE FIT ATTACK" EITHER WAY NOT GOOD! Never so disappointed in Five Guys. Ordered 2 burgers, everything on the side for both because I drive 12 miles to get home. They serve me and say 1 burger is all put together and the other on the side. Not what I ordered but ok I can deal with that. Get home and take the burgers out. Jalapenos were supposed to be grilled. Half were half weren't. Not what I ordered. Get my burger and unwrap it. I ordered a Bacon Burger. I get a Bacon Cheese Burger. Not what I ordered. The burgers look no bigger than the cheap burgers and can get at McDonald's. Not why I go to Five guys. Been getting Five Guys burgers for years. The best burgers and fries in town!!! I love how they cater to the gluten allergy!! Everything is 100% fresh. I can however tell the difference in the atmosphere depending on the manager. For some reason there is a difference in the atmosphere depending on who the manager is there. There's a shift manager, named Drew, when he is there the atmosphere is happy, seems to run very smooth and is very encouraging to his staff. Not to mention the difference in the taste of the food, and the friendliness of the staff. The shift manager Drew is always checking on the customers and very friendly!!
