Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Springfield

We ordered online and drove through the drive through for pick up. While in the drive through, my husband was asked by an employee on the cooking line to put his cigarette out, OK Cool no problem, totally understood. But then the employee went back to her station and kept turning around making rude faces at us the whole time we were waiting for them to get us checked out and hand us the food we ordered. We got home just to realize that we had paid for extras that we did not receive by any means (ordered extra cheese and extra mushrooms) there was barely anything on it at all of any ingredient, it was also cold and we only had to go a couple blocks to pick it up and left when it said it was being quality checked. The first couple visits after this new store opened were good and I was hopeful, but it did not take long at all for this place to go downhill in general service, customer service and quality. I will go back to the old store I have to drive further to or get delivery from to avoid...

We received our delivery order and brought it inside. The pizza wasn't even cooked all the way through. It looked as though it had been dropped on the ground, there was sauce all on the top of the box, and the toppings were completely off of the pizza. The cheesy bread, the cheese isn't even melted, you can physically see the shredded cheese. I called the customer service number on the email confirmation and was sent through to the store, which did not answer, so we drove to the store. There were employees there, and they refused to make another pizza because they were closed even after seeing the pizza we were given. I want my money back and we will definitely not be ordering with you again. We were completely disgusted with the pizza and the customer service. Also, their business says they close at midnight, so they should probably...

Could be the best pizza in town. They have really improved their pizzas.

But....

BIG problem over the past several months. Service is horrible at both Main Street and 5th Street. Taking 30-40 minutes longer than it was quoting.

Last 2 orders at 5th Street... I pulled to the drive thru window and they said it wasn't ready and asked me to pull back around. Well they gave my pizzas to the car that was behind me, that was now in front of me after I pulled around. Last order, the app said my 4 pizzas were ready. I went inside to get them. They said they were not ready. I pointed to the 4 pizzas and asked if they could check them. Said they were not mine. 20 mins later I asked another worker to check the same 4 pizzas and... You guessed it, they were mine. Good pizza, but I'm done...
