Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Springfield

I ordered delivery last night. On the tracker, it indicated all steps for the preparation of the order, as well as when it was out for delivery. However, when the app notified me that it had been delivered, I wondered why neither of my dogs had barked if someone had approached the front door. That question was answered when I opened the door and found that no food had been delivered. I promptly attempted to contact the store to inquire about the whereabouts of the food, but I received a recording indicating that it was closed. Tellingly, there was no photo evidencing the purported delivery as all other businesses provide. This is the second time in as many days that we have had an issue with this location. Yesterday, they delivered the pizza but it had two of the requested toppings missing. They attempted to correct that with a store credit, which is why we reordered this evening. However, this phantom “delivery” really is the worst customer service. Consider this before placing...

To preface this review, I must say, that my wife and I have not ordered from any Domino's storefronts for a few years. However, we decided, on a whim, to order from the Domino's on Morris Ave for nostalgia's sake, and we were not disappointed in the slightest. One does not order hamburgers from McDonald's because they want a traditional hamburger. One orders hamburgers from McDonald's because they want "McDonald's ". In the same vein, one does not order "Domino's" because they want traditional pizza, but because they want "Domino's' style pizza. And that's exactly what was delivered to us. Two pies perfectly topped with ingredients, as instructed via the Domino's app, and sides cooked to perfection. Keep in mind for you health conscious eaters like us, this may be a once a year splurge, but for others, feel confident that your order will be expertly fulfilled. 10/10... would do again...

Just ordered the BBQ Wings/Cheese pizza/cinnamon sticks....out of everything that I just received the wings were ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! Not crispy enough, drizzled lightly with sauce, n just overall nasty. Love the pizza n sticks but never will order the wings again. Please Domino's fry them, bake, or what ever it is that you do....please do a Lil bit more because they were just absolutely nasty and soggy. Ate one n done... money waisted on what was thought to be a great selection. Thought wrong. Thanks for the great costumer service too. Friendly young lady behind the phone even though she couldn't answer questions without probably looking at the screen to see the options they had. On to...
