Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Springfield

I have called Domino's to day with 3 different phones to order just my food than a something about her is every time I call they pick up the phone and they say please wait the thing that makes me laugh if they have enough time to do there why can they just finished order I had a craving for Domino's so I bear where to hit and took my time on the 1st call it's up almost 30 minutes and then they hang up on the 2nd call it took 15 minutes and then they hanged up on the dare call it's a 20 minutes and they picked up Then employ talks to me with massive attitude they give she does not want to be there working I get that working in a Domino's is not the greatest thing in the world but if you're getting paid like I work you work everybody works please be courteous to the people you're serving or working for the thing that pisses me off about this person I just want my g* d* pizza The mess of thing about it I order given my credit confirmation and she does not repeat the order back so are even know if she took the right order And dance I told me L be one hour for delivery I miss when delivery service is used to be 30 minutes or less for an hour for God in pisa and what world do we live for services not render less than 30 minutes and promise for us we can eat that think that pisses me off about this Domino's is the only one close to my house to delivers and the s* that gets me p* off their a* when they deliver hopefully they can new staff because I just 1 food I don't want stress granted I am not a fat person I just want my pizza and closing in summary please Domino's please please please deliver my pizza And PS please get better employees Just in case if you do not understand this message granted I was mad when I rode this message so my spell check is horrible I'm just trying to say I just want my pisa God d** enjoy your day enjoy your day...

Today at school in class a girl passed out over 20 gift cards & flyers to the kids in school, my son got one. he was so excited he circled the things he wanted to order before I even picked him out, he came running outside so excited . I asked the teacher is this real I have the messages she stated yes the girl handed them out. the girl had said her father manages/works at the dominoes here & decided to give the kids all gift cards on him. my son was so excited when I picked him up instantly I went to order the food for him with it it declined, I called to see the balance it has a zero balance. I called corporate who said they’d let the store know to rectify this situation. I called the store the manager was rude , told me it’s not their fault & their not just going to hand out free food due to a girl passing out their cards she must have taken them all from the front of the store. it’s a little 6 year old girl how would she steal of 20 plus cards & flyers? & if that’s the case it is on the store for not being more aware! I don’t think it’s fair my 7 year old got a dominoes gift card with the card wrapped inside a little card paper envelope that reads “ congrats on being the recipient of this dominoes gift card” the lady was rude & not even a little bit understanding kept saying it’s not their fault & they will not give out free food to my son due to this situation. I’m upset that a store would really handle a situation like this when I told her I don’t mind driving to the store to show her all of this to show I’m not lying . I will never order from here again, the customer service is not okay, my son has communication problems & literally just got out the hospital, this has caused him to have a whole episode & not understand or know how to process this , I will never order...

Driver i had was very rude,i was supposed to get a phone call and the guy sent one text and when i checked my phone it said your delivery is here but the text was 8 minutes later i live in a building so i called the number and the guy said oh you didnt answer so im off to the next delivery, reason im upset is dominos representative said the driver will call you when they are outside, i never had a driver text me the always call my phone so i wated for the food and this driver said since i didnt answer his text in a real rude and controlling way like i was suppose to have the phone glued to my face to hear a text but i did have it next to me, but the whole thing is he also lied and said he called 4 times he lied i took screen shot all he did was 1 text, i called liberty dominos and i explained what had happen and the girl in the front also lied for him just letting you know that if this happens to you alk your food will not be coming fresh im very upset decided to cancel the order been a customer for over 15 years now i would have to order somewhere else also holyoke dominos they bring you old food, so check your food before you pay it might not be fresh cause these divers take the scenic route before they bring your food if you dont believe me you will see how unprofessional some of these delivery drivers and front dest workers lie and protect each others lies, but with screen shot availabily and everything showing they didnt do what they claim to do im left hangry and calling someone else to avoid getting in trouble with the way the driver dismissed me like my time and freshness didnt matter, god bless and check your food before you pay, and also dont give driver any excuse to do anything to your food cause i dont trust them after they lied to me 3 times by 2...
