I rarely go to this Dunkin Donuts- as I try to avoid them often. Half the time staff is either rude and do the bare minimum and the other half are so polite but still do the very bare minimum. No matter when I go- my order is always wrong. After a while this becomes a problem. I know people make mistakes, and realistically I would be a little more understanding if I had more complicated orders, or I ordered a lot- but at a certain point- enough is enough.
If I order a toasted cinnamon bagel with plain cream cheese- why am I getting an untoasted plain bagel with no cream cheese? If I order a chocolate sprinkled donut- why am I getting a plain glazed donut?
I think what's most frustrating is that you can't even correct your order. When you go through the drive thru- they act annoyed if you "hold" up the line (there never is a line) to check your order and if they get it wrong, instead of acknowledging it and correcting it- they blame you. Like at the last minute you some how changed your order.

Read moreI cannot begin to explain how hideous the service is at this Dunkin. They have a beautiful new facility, but the workers are beyond incompetent. We sat in line behind four cars for over twenty minutes this morning, not even the early rush, and three cars that pulled in behind us left, and the car in front of me that sat at the speaker for over five minutes also left. I got to the speaker and also sat there for almost five minutes. Meanwhile, a car pulled through the turn lane, really bad design on the company's part, and cut the line to order at the window. After no service at the speaker, I pulled up and the totally rude woman at the window said, "yeah, we are really busy." Yeah, no you're not. We could see other workers in the store, and even if they only had one worker, averaging ten minutes per vehicle is beyond ridiculous. Newsflash! There are three other Dunkin's within a two mile radius, so we went to the one down the road and were in and out in three minutes. Never again...
Read moreThis dunkins was THE WORST one I've ever been too, woke up and walked there thinking it'd be quick and easy. Boy I was wrong. While One girl infront of us was having issues we were second in line just wanted a dozen donuts and 2 drinks. Took me nearly 10 minutes to even be able to place the order and an additional close to 20 to 25 minutes to get my completed order. All while reminding them I was still missing my 2 drinks while everybody else that ordered after us was receiving their orders, one of the employees (assuming manager of some sort) decided to lecture the customers all of whom were waiting patiently with the occasional reminder of what they were waiting for. In my opinion I'd never go there again or suggest that dunkins to anybody else. Instead of lecturing the customers she should've been helping to make her team more organized with the orders and completing one order fully before working on another. 10/10 WOULD...
