Yesterday, mid-morning, I attempted to pull in the parking lot and seen the line. I also noticed large yellow arrows painted on the ground to indicate IN and OUT. While the cross traffic entering and the opposing traffic that waited to enter, seemed to cooperate by taking turns, two women decided they were not obligated to wait. They cut me off by crossing traffic and entering the exit side of the driveway. Despite, the visual aids offered.
They proceeded to enter the exit portion of the DRIVE THU ( even though the paint markings clearly indicated DO NOT ENTER), the women made there 7 point turn to park in spaces available. Although the parking is slanted for a reason ( to park coming from.the opposite direction) these rebles ignored my honk and the disapproving gestures of those waiting in line to just enter the parking lot.
While, I admit being petty and rushing right behind them, I decided to disregard the parking lines since we have all agreed that markings do not matter. The woman seemed irritated that she could not get out of her car because my pesky car did not obey the markings. The women stood behind me in line, I politely pointed out their error. To which the response was, "she's a nurse" 🤔. I guess if you're a nurse you're exempt from rules. These rude, disrespectful and entitled women refused to listen to me explain the obviously painted markings so that they could avoid this in the future. Instead of acknowledging their mistake and apologizing, they kept complaining, and their probes for a response were met.
The staff, perfect. The customers, arrogant. Although, I moved here from Los Angeles, maneuvering through small and crowded spaces is a skill that I have mastered. The parking isn't bad if you pay attention. And it is...
Read moreI LOVE Dunkin’ and get coffee here multiple times a week. Today, I ordered a medium mocha frozen coffee through the mobile app and picked up in the drive through.
I didn’t hit the add whipped cream button and asked if they could double check that there was not whipped cream on it. The girl on the speaker had a shockingly mean tone and the convo went like this:
Dunkin’ employee: “Welllll there is since it DOESN’T say no whipped cream” Me: “No, there’s only an add button on the app so if you don’t hit that, it’s no whipped cream right?” Dunkin’ employee: “No” Me: “Okay, is there an easier way to do it then?” Dunkin’ employee: “There’s a button not to, I’ve SEEN people do it but maybe it’s hard to find, I don’t know. Don’t worry, we’re taking it off” Me: “Okay, thanks”
A guy is at the pickup window smirking and unsmilingly goes, “Hiiii”, hands me the drink and says, “Take care” while narrowing his eyes at me. I exited the drive through and actually began crying because of how snarky they were, I felt like I was being bullied.
I work in customer service and, let’s be honest, the customer is often wrong. So I checked the app upon arriving home and there’s is most definitely only an “add whipped cream” button not a “no whipped cream” button but regardless, no one should act like that especially toward a customer. I go to Dunkin’ all the time and they’re usually great in my experience so I’m so incredibly confused and honestly scared to go back to this location because of how I...
Read moreI go to this store once a month. The donuts are always perfect, but this last time I ordered a sandwich. The staff seemed preoccupied with talking and the man that made my sandwich jumped the gun when he heard me ordering it. He not only burnt the croissant and bacon, but it was NOT what I'd actually ordered. As soon as I was finished paying the man came over and aggressively put the bag in my hand. I couldn't understand how he'd made it so quickly. I later found out that he ASSumed I was ordering one thing and instead of waiting to actually check, he made what he thought he'd heard. He was so preoccupied with talking to his fellow young and beautiful coworkers. I asked if he made the correct food (I forget the name of the sandwich now). He was so unfriendly and just looked at me and said yes. Then quickly turned his head and kept speaking to his coworkers. I was driving back home to Joplin and I began eating the sandwich. It was completely awful and disgusting!!!!!!!!!! Im diabetic and I was starving so I had to force myself to eat it. I called and spoke to a Manager. She offered a replacement but I was already on the highway. So she offered me a free sandwich next time. It was just so burnt and undercooked and had the wrong ingredients. The sandwich was so disgusting that I was physically sick, including throwing up, for the rest of the evening!!!!!!!!! I usually don't have any problems there, but I've also never seen that particular guy working...
