Beware of phantom charges. We have a service contract for our photocopier with this company. Our monthly fee increases annually, according to our contract. No problem. Three months ago, they started adding an additional $10 "shipping and handling" charge with no explanation or justification. There is nothing to ship or handle on our account; it appears they unilaterally decided to tack on a phantom fee. When we called to inquire, we were told there was nothing to be done. I have been in contact with him 2 days in a row and both days he was extremely helpful and was able to fix a programing problem that he was actually not responsible for, but because the software technician pretty much refused to help, Ryan stepped in and was able to find the problem and quickly took care of it.
