Absolutely Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs! Ordered a six-piece meal online and was immediately frustrated by the complete lack of an option to request all dark meat. Knowing this is often possible, I immediately called the restaurant to make the simple request. The response? A flat-out "corporate won't allow it." Seriously? Undeterred, I went to pick up my order in person, hoping a direct conversation would help. The same person who answered the phone greeted me with the same ridiculous line: "Sorry, can't give you all dark meat, that's not what you ordered." I explained, again, that the online system doesn't allow that request and that I've done it before at other locations. Still, a robotic "corporate won't let me" was the only response. So, I took my chances and went home with the standard mix. To add insult to injury, our entire order was missing ALL of the sauces we requested and paid for! It's clear this location is so rigidly focused on some arbitrary corporate rule that they've completely forgotten about basic customer service and order accuracy. Perhaps they were too busy worrying about the meat to remember the condiments? It's no surprise this place was a ghost town - not a single person inside or in the drive-thru. Read moreWent through the drive thru and an older lady started to take our order and she clearly got annoyed by us asking a couple questions. We could hear her sighing because she was annoyed, several times. We then had to pull around and park because we were waiting on chicken. They brought it out and got it back to the house and began to eat the thighs, they were pink and smelled funky, all 4 of them (we both had 4 thighs all total). I then called and the same lady answered the phone and I let her know about the thighs. She claimed it was because they didn't "pop" the chicken and it was the blood vessels popping during them being fried that made it pink and smell funny. She assured me that it wasn't undercooked and said it was safe to eat. She then offered for us to bring the chicken back for us to get more chicken in replacement, but I told her we wouldn't eat it. I was met by her saying that we didn't have to and that they would replace it. She didn't understand that we wouldn't eat the replacement chicken and that we wanted a refund. Read moreI wish I could give it negative stars. I ordered through door dash and picked it up myself. When I arrived, they were out of original recipe chicken, biscuits and corn. I let them know that I had already paid for my order. I had to wait in the line for 20 minutes. When I got to the window they handed me my food. I was confused cause they said they were out. Turns out, the face me some really old extra crispy chicken. It was old, soggy, greasy and dry. I even had a classic chicken wrap. That was even wrong. It was a wrap with macaroni and cheese and a chicken tender. I was livid. Only thing was right was my drink. They were turning off lights and she was really short with me. Offered me some old chicken nuggets and I said I want my refund. She told me she couldn't give me a refund and that I had to go through the app. She even suggested I go to the other E.
