This review may be a bit easy, mostly because all of these have closed in my home town, so when I see one in my travels, I jump on it. This is a fairly small location, which resonates for the entire visit. The drink choices are the usual limited sodas. The bar to pick up the ingredients isn’t very long which limits what they have. That said, they had all of the basics that I typically grab, so its size didn’t limit my plate. They hand you a single bowl, and for a Mongolian place, that can make towering the ingredients challenging. I personally like it when they allow two bowls. The sauces seemed awkward. Some were hard to reach and the resulting flavors seemed muted. I know you get out what you put in, but I don’t change my additions too much. The chef did a good job cooking everything. He was the style of pouring it all in at once. Though I like the ones that reserve some sauce as it cooks. There are one way streets surrounding them, however that didn’t complicate things at all. But keep that in mind. I’ll remember this place but it’s not overly impressive.

YES! I LOVE this place. I just left with a huge portion of food, that I can't eat all of it! Couldn't wait so I sat out front and ate in my car... Lol. I got the frozen meats, and lots of sauces; there are about 10 to choose from. So if the food is bland, it's not their fault. The owner cooked my food on the big grill. He's A VERY personable man, and is so excited because .... 🎊THEY ARE MOVING TO MAIN STREET IN SPRINGFIELD TO THE 200 BLOCK IN TWO WEEKS!!! 🎉 CONGRATULATIONS!!! I wish you the BEST!! I KNOW you will do great there. Summer...perfect timing.🎊 (AND......THEY HAVE M A R G A R I T A S!!!) 🍸🍸🍸🍷🍷🍷🥃🥃🥃🍺🍺🍶🍶🍶🍸

My family and I were on our way to go shopping. My mom was starting to get hungry and we saw this spot on the way and decided to go try it. It wasn't busy and I've always loved Mongolian bbq in the past. The prices were decent for lunch and you get to pick everything you want in your bowl. They had a lot of different toppings and things to choose from. Lots of veggies and different meats. The sauces were really tasty as well. I had so much left over I took it home and had it for dinner. The staff were on top of everything and constantly cleaning and changing out the food when needed. I would definitely go again!

Not a very friendly atmosphere. Server asked if I wanted soup and rice and then never brought them. I had to ask for them and then she only brought the rice. I think she may have actually purposely not brought them. I know it sounds far fetched but honestly from what I witnessed there I am wondering if that may have been the case. I mean there was no one in there. There is no way she could have forgotten. From the lack of customers at dinner, you can see this place needs some serious improvements in how they manage business. They advertise 'all you can eat' but then limit you to 2 bowls. That may be okay for the regular person coming in but for me its not. I like to eat a few small bowls for different flavors. Management was even hovering over people making sure they didn't put to much in their bowl. They also only give you a tiny bit of rice and then if you ask for more they give you half as much of the tiny bit of rice as they gave before, like maybe 2 tbsp. When I asked for more rice, she said I couldn't have any more? I asked her if this was 'all you can eat' and she said yes but then they limit the amount of rice and bowls you can have? As a consumer trying to relax after a very busy week on my only day off was extremely irritating. And when I asked for something the girl took her sweet time getting herself a drink and food and I had to ask her like 3 times for rice. Like every time I asked for rice, I think she literally was hoping I would forget about it so they didn't have to give more. I think she even had a bit of an attitude. Im surprised they are even...

"Over-priced" doesn't begin to cover it.

• The place is dirty and sticky! My shoes were sticking to the floor from the door, to our strangely uncomfortable booth. • The food looked fresh enough. But the people working the grill only sorta know what they're doing. The ineptitude showed most, when parts of my meat were under-cooked and parts were over-cooked, and the sauce hadn't fully covered my food. • To top it off, the wait staff is a bit rude! When we asked for our second bowls, it took nearly 15 mins to get them, when the place was nearly empty. When we got our bowls, we were sternly/rudely informed that we were NOT allowed to take leftovers. Which is ABSURD given the prices of this place. • $12 a person and $7 for a child. With no leftovers, it turns into 3 overly full people, frustrated that they're going to have to leave the majority of their second bowl, EMPTY.

This was particularly insulting to my wife. Who had planned to take her leftovers as lunch, to work. It seriously disappointed my 4 y/o, who didn't understand why he couldn't take his leftovers home, for later (he's a slow eater with a small stomach). I had to drag my family out the door (my son crying and my wife upset about her lunch), with the service staff insulting us on our way out.

In short: We are NEVER EVER going back, and will be suggesting to all our friends/family to...

We have never eaten here. This was our first and will be our last visit. I hate to leave bad reviews, but honestly, there was nothing to leave a good review about. The first thing I noticed upon entering was the awful smell of pinesol, not a smell I like to smell in a restaurant. The place was clean, I can say that, I guess. The whole atmosphere was just weird and uninviting. No music, no staff talking or laughing, no conversation from any staff. Other than the silence of the place, all you could hear was the very obnoxious sounds from the guy cooking on the grill. The very hard hitting on the grill was just like the guy was beating the food to death, but he wasn't even touching the food. He should wear earplugs or he's going to have some serious hearing problems. Then the food, I'm not sure if it was the sauces or what, but the food was lacking flavor. My husband, who can normally pack in the food at places like this, barely finished his one bowl. And I can't forget to mention the awful minute rice they served us. I couldn't figure out why it took about 5 minutes to get rice until the two little hot bowls were placed on the table containing soggy cardboard tasting stuff. I took one bite. Needles to say we ate as fast as we could and are hoping that the food doesn't come out just as fast if you know...
