Mr gyro MacArthur — Restaurant in Springfield

(Updated) The food was good, but first impressions were not. They were nice and all, but our order was not right. I ordered a chicken shawarma with fries, and my roommate ordered a plain cheeseburger with nothing on it also with fries. We also ordered two sodas. We had some coupons in the mail that we used, and it totaled to about 14$. The wait was short, but when it came time to pick it up (since it was to go), we were told we didn't get drinks with the coupons, and that fries also did not come with it. If that was the case, using the coupons it should've been under 10$. It feels like there was a miscommunication depspite reiterating our order twice when we paid. It's a shame because what i did get was good, but I don't think our coupons were applied and we didn't get half of our ordered despite paying for it. Updated: our order was wrong. It was not busy with only one other person who left when we ordered. I was given and charged full price for the beef shawarma, despite having coupons and ordering the chicken. Where do I start..... I ordered a super nacho without jalapeños & no onions alongside a polish with only mayo & ketchup. I get the order & check it 2 see if it was correct..... hell no what did I get... a super nacho with jalapeños & the chick tells me they're not jalapeños they're pickles..... that's not what I ordered ma'am. Nonetheless, I didn't even receive my polish.... she gave me a hotdog with mustard & ketchup on it. Mind u I usually get chicken but I won't be doin that again because they don't change their grease & the chicken is old as hell..... I've had my fair share of messed up food from this place.... Absolutely awful. Granted it was 11pm, but I ordered a 2 piece Walleye meal, and a pizza puff. Lets just say the only thing I finished was the Peach pop I bought with the meal. Where do I start. There were two long walleye strips. I bite into one and it was nothing but crust. It literally broke apart in pieces. This was definitely old ass fish they had sitting out. I tried to break a piece off the second piece and it crumbled in pieces as well. The fries were cold and hard. The pizza puff was not heated. I won't visit here again.
