I ordered a hot and ready Classic Pepperoni pizza and some crazy bread for my kids. The guy at the counter rings me up for an extra most bestest pepperoni without telling me or asking me if that was okay. I look at my receipt as we left the store because the price was off and realized he rang me up for something I did not ask for so we went back inside . We donât like that much pepperoni so I told him I wanted the regular classic pepperoni that I ordered, and that I donât care about the extra dollar they charged me, we just donât like the extra pepperoni, itâs just too much and too oily, which is why I ordered the classic in the first place. He then tells me some straight up B.S. that âour company policy is to ring people up for the extra most bestest, you canât get a classic pepperoni unless you order on the app.â Say what??! Thatâs absolutely false. So I ask if itâs just THIS stores policy because we get regular classic pepperoni hot and ready pizza ALL THE TIME at other locations without using the appâŚ. And he says itâs âcompany policy at all locationsââŚ. We arenât from Springfield and get little Caesarâs in Clarksville and this is definitely not the âcompany policyâ. He then goes and gets who I assume is a manager and tells him âshe doesnât care about the dollar she just wants a classic pepperoniâ and so he comes over to ask âso you want the classic pepperoni?â And Iâm like, âyeah, thatâs what I orderedâ. And he goes and makes it. Like I said, the dollar wasnât a big deal but a decent manager would have refunded that without me asking especially since their employee rang me up for some crap I didnât ask for and then told me some B.S. like Iâm stupid and have never been to a little Caesarâs before lol. On top of that, they put the pizza that I left the store with and OPENED to check if it was what I ordered BACK in the warmer and then gave it to someone else. Iâm pretty sure thatâs not supposed to happen once someone has left the store and opened the pizza box, it should not be served to an unknowing customer. Needless to say, we arenât coming back to this...

When Springfield Little Ceasars first reopened, for over a year they made great pizza. Their pizzas looked clean and well made. It also tasted awesome. And it tasted even better when you warmed up the left overs in the oven.
For past 6 months, their pizza look like a 5 year old made it using a pizza kit. It's not round, the crust is uneven with some parts completely flat with no crust. It literally looks like they slammed it on the floor and whatever shape it forms they just slap some sauce and cheese on it.
I realize it's only a $5 pizza. But the gas station across the street (Speedway) also makes a $5 pizza that looks better. But I think Little Caesar's taste better.
Because it's cheap food, it is that much more important that Little Ceaser give their employees better training and pay. And if they still do a bad job, well, they shouldn't be working in this field.
Imagine you are poor. And you spend your last 6 bucks to buy dinner for your kids. And your kids are happy to get a store bought pizza. You take it home and the pizza looks like somebody walked all over it. :-(
If Little Ceasars fail, Springfield fails, because there is only so many places you can find good food in Springfield.....until people decide to drive out of town to eat.
These things are important. Reputation is everything. Nobody will want to come to Springfield if the reputation is our fast food places "suck". And believe me, I talk with enough people who say they drive out of town to even go...
Read morePulled up this evening about 657 pm and was pleasantly surprised to find they have a drive thru. I order pepperoni puffs. $4.38. I was instructed to park in spot 1. I informed the young woman that there was someone there. She looked around. Another car was in spot 3, so she asked me to park in spot 5. Next car came and ordered. They were instructed to park in spot 2. About 710 the young man brought out two orders and delivered them to spot 2, then 3. He then returned out to give spot 1 their order. I waited several minutes and then backed up to sit in the drive thru window. After several minutes someone pulled up behind me and finally the young man said, âHow can I help you?â I informed him I was waiting for the pepperoni puffs. He said, âTheyâre not ready yet. Youâll need to pull back into your spot.â I said, âAnother car already got their order.â He then said, âThey ordered before you.â I said, âOne of them absolutely ordered after me. I will wait here until my order is up.â He said, âSweetheart, you canât do that. I canât have you sitting in my drive thru like that.â I shrugged. I said, âIâll wait.â He again said, âSweetheart, you canât sit in my drive thru. If you stay here, I will have to call the cops.â What the?!?! âPlease just give me my refund please.â Without asking for my card, he handed me a receipt. I sincerely hope it was refunded. How is it that at 7 pm, they have zero items available in the warmer? Needless to say, poor...
