LoveCraft Farms Coffee & Kombucha — Restaurant in Springfield

What a pleasant discovery, and warm welcome to Springfield, MO. My girlfriend and I just moved to town, and on our first Saturday here we wanted to grab some coffee before heading to Nathanael Greene Park.

Well, this brand new, hidden (won't be for long) gem was along the way, so we decided to make a pit stop. The owner, Russ, greeted us with a friendly smile and made us feel right at home, while he explained the ins-and-outs of their menu. He even let us taste test all of the different flavors of their homemade kombucha, before we decided to purchase some.

My girlfriend ordered an iced Signature Vanilla latte, which contained their homemade vanilla flavoring, and organic maple syrup. She said it was the best latte she's ever had, and cannot wait to go back for more.

I opted for an iced cold brew, and was very pleased with my choice. The coffee has a distinct, oak-y/earthy/smokey flavor, which easily sets it apart from other cold brews I've had.

Whooohoooo boy and girls do we have a springfield coffee stop that underrated and unsung! We are talking some of the best flavors you can find in a brew! Stopped in for a visit to my favorite place to catch a caffeine buzz. We grabbed a signature vanilla and a maple express.... as inspector gadget would say "wooozaa!!" Served by two of the best human beings you could ever meet this family run operation is a home run and worth visiting if your in town!!! Incredible! I was so delighted when I finally took the time to stop here. I only wish I would have tried it sooner. Their made in house syrups are better than anywhere I have tasted. I can’t wait to go back and try the kombucha and cold brew. The owner was so fun to talk with, helpful in making a selection and informative about the menu. My friend and I both got lattes from the specialty menu and I was so excited to taste something NEW. I love to support local coffee shops and go to them frequently.
