We went to Hold Fast for live music on the patio and tried the night's food truck "Whatever You Want" and it didn't quite live up to the name. First, my husband tried to order me the Barria Ramen and they were out so I asked him to order me salmon as seen on an online menu, also unavailable. I asked him if there was a menu posted at the truck window and he didn't see one so we continued to consult online photos for the menu which seems to differ from one post to another. *I learned after the fact that it was blowing away and had to be requested to view. Ultimately, we shared his teriyaki chicken burrito and crab rangoon. The rangoon was all cream cheese, no meat, and the burrito was just okay. It was sweet (to be expected) with some chicken and the occasional dot of vegetable. Granted, the chicken chunks were sizeable, not something you usually see. We were offered no napkins except what was in the plasticware set with the absolute cheapest knife and just felt messy and sticky. I might eat their food again if it's all that's available but I wouldn't see them out. Burrito, three rangoon, and tip all amounted to $20-something. This is one of those quantity over quality places.

Do yourself a favor and try it out. The people who work the truck are very friendly and love what they do. We tried their hibachi burrito which was definitely the favorite, and the Chinese burrito. It’s great fusion and comfort food. The cream cheese rangoons were so perfect, and were filled way more than most places. We ordered a horchata con fresa but they were out, so we were fixed up with a cucumber drink with a Mexican candy straw and it was so refreshing and delicious!

Hit this place up at the ozark hot air ballon venue. Tried the teriyaki burrito. The food itself was good.... I wasn't a fan of it in a burrito style myself. Which is more of a preference thing. Staff was very nice and the food came fast. I would like to eventually try some more items on their menu as many things sounded great. 8.2/10 on the burrito

I got the steak Hibachi burrito and my fiance got one of the Saturday sushi rolls (not currently printed on the menu, both were absolutely delicious). We are both adverse to dairy and they were more than willing to adjust how they cooked the food for us. The person helping us was also very knowledgeable about the ingredients in the food so I had an easy time ordering. They also have seating that is covered and protected...
