I would recommend going to see Brian he was my salesman today and was very helpful and polite. They have a very nice selection of furniture and delivery is also available. Update! This is how I felt when I first purchased my furniture here we are 6 months later I am still waiting on parts that are broken. I have been waiting for 2 months I do believe for the repair guy to come back and fix the rest of my broken up couch , they're dragging their feet waiting for the warranty to run out. My furniture is completely broken down it looks like it's 5 years old I spent $1,300 on a piece of junk that is falling apart. I was under the impression they were going to make it right but I have not heard anything back from anyone. In the meantime I have sent them two more customers my mother and my sister both bought from them. If I would have known how shitty the customer service really is I would have never sent them any business. My sister's brand new couch is also starting to look worn out and she has only had it for a few months their Furniture is junk cheaply made crap. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else. I have no problem posting this all over social media with pictures. Not one junkie couch but two of them. I usually don't post stuff like this but since I have been getting blown off by the management I am hoping this will get your attention. I should not have to contact you about getting this taken care of. It is your job to take care of your customers and in a professional and timely manner. Pictures are to follow for everyone to see if I don't get a response out of this not only on Google on Facebook and every other social media platform. All of this could have been prevented by trying to make your customer happy and standing behind your product which I don't see how you even can. And all of you salesman should be embarrassed might as well go work for a junky used car lot they fill their potential customers full of shit as well. and you also lied about how it was stuffed with down feathers when in fact it's a cheap piece of memory foam. It's the big chase we are talking about I am sure you remember. Either you don't know what you're selling or you are just playing your crap up to get it sold for an outrageous price I'll be glad to come into the store and show you pictures if you would like. Maybe we can go over the specifics of the sofa again because what you told me about it and what I have sitting in my house are two different things. Of course you didn't think anything of it at the time because most people would probably just let it go. I'm not letting it go I got screwed out of $1,300 I probably made you an additional $4,000 on top of that sending you business. You all might want to think on how you are going to make this right with me as soon as possible. Or I'm going to get right with you and let the whole city of Springfield know about your store with all pictures included. Update** I purchased a Warrenty for my sectional that I spent over 3k on and was told that if there was any damage done to it that couldn’t be fixed that the couch would be fully replaced. Back in august I spotted a mold issue (cloth couch) due to a spill that happened inbetween the cushions that sat underneath and I was unaware of it. I have two young children and so I knew accidents were going to happen eventually which is why I purchased the warrenty to begin with. I contacted the company back in august with photos showing that the cloth and cushion had been damaged by the mold and would need to be replaced because they could not simply be cleaned, the foam in the cushion was also affected by the mold. It is now almost December and I still have not even received an ETA on when I’m suppose to receive the replacement cushions. This is very unacceptable and I am very frustrated and disappointed that I was led astray by this company about their repair/replacement policy. I came in with an extremely specific need and when I told him the specs for what I was looking for he started coming up with all these different ideas, the other guy that was there was also a wrath of knowledge. No matter what obstacles I threw in because with my situation there are plenty, they came back with multiple solutions until we were able to get it down to one that was the best possible option for the space I have to work with.
