1st impressions: Good music, very clean ordering and eating areas, very easy to order.
I ordered the 3 pupusas rebueltas and 3 pastelitos (2 potato + 1 chicken). I also grabbed an El Salvadorian soda called Kolashanpan (it tastes like cream soda w/ a hint of banana).
The pupusas were DELICIOUS! The bean, cheese, and pork filling was sandwiched in the most tender pupusa with just a hint of crisp.
The pastelitos were the show stopper, IMHO. Crispy, savoury, and STUFFED FULL! The potato was the best, although not by very much.
All the food came with a salsa fresca and a shredded cabbage slaw that reminds me of escabeche, just not as spicy.

Read moreDecided to try this place out today and was not disappointed - the food is fresh and filling, and that hot sauce is no joke!! My burrito California was hearty enough to last me for two meals, and my husband was happy to have some tasty meatless options! The folks there were also so friendly, and their pager system adds a nice touch of convenience while you're waiting on your order! I'll definitely be back to try out more...

He got the cheese quesadilla and French fries. I got three of the Pupusa Rebuelta. They were filled with cheese, pork and beans. There was a red salsa and a tangy slaw that came with the pupusas. I highly recommend checking this place out. You will not...
