McDonald's — Restaurant in Springfield

NEVER GET THE ORDER RIGHT!!! ask for a cheeseburg w/o pickles..get a cheeseburg w nothing but pickles! Another order came plain. Go w my gkids always mess up the order! Milkshake, ice cream machine always seems to b "broken"!! & who wants to eat fries that have been left sitting for who knows how long! Have to ask for them freshly cooked. With the prices the way they r, noone should b getting old hard fries that have been sitting under a heat lamp! & it dosent matter which one u go to in my area! Their all the same! & the attitudes on some of these young employees r terrible! Hand u the change, u mean basically throw it @ u. Change falls on ground. Ask for sauce, no sauce, no napkins! I sat in line w 3 of my gchildren in backseat. Waited in line, which can b an issue in itself w the 2lanes & u get the car full of disrespectful teens who seem to b very hungry & r trying to ram into to get in line 1st after ordering! Let them just go! Bcuz if u ordered bfor them theyll still have to wait for their food! They dont get that in their pea brains! Yes after waiting in line for quite a while, ordered. Got up to window to pay. Hand them my ATM card. She says our machine is broken! What!! Why didnt u tell me that when ordering. Well their suppose to. Well noone did & ive been sitting in line for quite awhile now. I dont have any cash on me, thats why im paying w my card! SORRY. How about if i leave my license & ill go to bank, get the $, come back to pay u. I have 3children in the back who r hungry & have been sitting here for a good 15bor more mins! No we cant do that! Why not! Im giving u my license w my name & address on it!! We just cant! I give up!! So i had to leave. Went to the bank. Who knows what they did w my food! Threw bag out? Went to different McDonalds..always an experience! Just would b nice if they could get...

Got inside at 620pm. Had no one to take your order, and had to use stand up kiosk. THIS was the only helpful thing in the whole visit, as it was easy to follow. Got to end and waiting for option to pay with cash. Nothing. Hit help button, no one comes to "help". Kiosk times out with "Pay at counter" option so select that. Says take slip to counter, nothing prints. I now watch and count over 12 orders cone thru drive thru before I am even acknowledged as waiting, with the 3 other people behind me. I also see 4 customers to come in and complain their drive up orders were wrong. FINALLY manager brings out cash til (this their first cash sale at now 645pm?) and crewman asks and takes my money. NOW 25 minutes later they begin my order while everyone behind me is gone, but 1 comes back for wrong order (#5 by now of wrong orders in ½hr). Since when is having a front counter person not the thing, and when are drive thru ppl more important that people paying cash in front of you that come in? Oh I get home and even my order was wrong!! No way I am ever going there again, and telling everyone I know to never go to this store, which gets at least ½ their orders wrong, has ZERO customer service, and the dark black interior is...

This is not a review of the store that this is linked to, this was the second McDonalds that I went to after I went to the McDonalds that is on Boston Road in Sprinfield, Ma across from the Mall. *This is a review of that store, not this one that I actually ate at. I took my grandchildren out and they wanted McDonald's. Standing at the register waiting to be served. One person was washing the floor, one was working the drive thru, one was making sandwiches, and a couple were standing by the drive thru. We were never acknowleged. Staff were walking past us, deliviering food to some tables. Still no acknowlegement that we were there. After about 10 Minutes an other person came in and was standing behind us, still nothing. No service. I just left. Apparently the staff does not want to work. The place was almost empty, is was about 2:00 pm. Worst time at McDonald's ever. Beautifully redone, poor staff and really horrible...
