McDonald's — Restaurant in Springfield

I can't stand the lame games they play btwn 3:00am and 5:00am.. . They're open but they'll do something to essentially disable the app and then say they're only serving certain(basic) items, so you'll drive there not caring whether you get a quarter pounder n fries or egg McMuffin n hash brown, only to be completely ignored by the 2 employees working while also being able to faintly hear them talking on their headsets! 1st couple times I benefit of doubt and waited for 20 minutes only to be told "come back at 5am".. and this is at 4:15 when it's listed as OPEN. . 2nd time I was ignored completely while eventually yelling into the order speaker and then driving around to the window! I can see the kid in there walking around and surely ON THE CLOCK so what's the deal..can you take an order!? "Nooo sorry, we don't have anything made right now because we're switching over to breakfast." .. Yeah ok I'll wait!.. "uuhh it's going to be about 35 minutes still." .. yeah ok that's bull crap I've worked at a McDonald's for changeover shift man.. even on the worst night with no preparation we Changed over in under 10-15 minutes tops! I'm just saying.. either get your ish together and do your job or let corporate know you're unable to do it n corporate needs to stop advertising that you're open. Oh.. wait.. there goes a car that ordered in Spanish and now getting something at the window......

This McD has two windows for drive thru pick up. The pickup truck in front of me was at the far window. I stopped at the 2nd window. I watched as people tended the pickup truck, and virtually ignored me. So I figured the far pick up window was where they were delivering the food. And I moved up when the truck left.

There was nobody there! I watched in my mirror as the three cars behind me, stopped at that 2nd window and we're taken care of.

When they were all served, and NO one was behind me, I backed up to that 2nd window. I was a little steamed. Once they figured what happened, and another minute or so passed they were able to give me the ONE sandwich I wanted. I paid for it and was on my way. Total time, around eight (8) minutes. Not a good number. (And I can criticize them, I used to work...

If you would like to be treated nicely and get your order done correctly, then come here during the first shift bc even if they have to make something again, they are so nice. 2bd shift I got nothing but attitude from this girl when my iced coffee was black!!! Light and sweet please! I get it everyday racking up my points which come in handy when you are waiting to get paid and you're hungry. Use those points! Great place but stay away from the girl who took my order in plain, perfect English and then pretended she didn't when she made my iced coffee not even close!! Black iced coffee?? Not for me! She was running her mouth and then tried talking to me in Spanish too. I am not racist and I wouldn't care but she was throwing herself around complaining about having to add cream and sugar....
