McDonald's — Restaurant in Springfield

This was the worst experience. When I got to the drive thru I was met with nothing but negative attitudes from the employees, especially from a young employee named zuleyka. If I was a manager i would of fired here on the spot but she Also was giving me an attitude. I will Never come to mcdonalds on state street (springfield mass) ever again. They got my order wrong twice after I explained to them I am allergic to pork and to correct my order they got it wrong again.The employee practically threw the order at me when i noticed it was wrong again i just threw it out. I will be calling corporate office on Monday to issue a complaint. If you are an out of towner do yourself a favor and avoid state street mcdonalds unless you want to experience long lines and...

I'm not going to lie, this is the McDonald's that I dislike the most.

It has nothing to do with service or food, but the area is terrible.

It's a rough neighborhood for the most part, but once you're in the drive-thru, you're stuck in the drive-thru until you can exit normally.

The last time I was there I had an irate customer in front of me, and the line was absolutely not moving, for an extremely long amount of time.

The person in the car in front of me misunderstood something and came over to my car arguing, then pulled out a taser and tried to taze me in the face.

I got the whole thing on dash cam.

I absolutely HATE being confined to that drive-thru, because I would have driven away. I was lucky it was a taser...

Firstly, every time I come here, the floor is so sticky. Every single time. We waited 15 minutes before someone came over to take our order. I only wanted 4 ice cream comes. No cones. She never told me that. I asked the flavors available. I was told just vanilla or vanilla with chocolate. So I assumed that meant vanilla and chocolate swirl. We waited forever. After 10 minutes, I asked why the ice cream cones were taking so long. I was told oh someone is fixing the machine. It would be nice if they told us that beforehand!

It was fudge, not chocolate, that was the other flavor. My daughter hates fudge on her ice cream. We took it anyway because we didn't want to wait another 15 minutes! But yeah, never going back to...
