Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Springfield

I came to Popeyes because I decided to give them another shot seeing how the last time I had a bad experience here. I order a 4 piece chicken meal I get to the window the guy tells me they only have wings and breast for regular chicken unless I wanna wait. I said ok how long of a wait. He says hold on let me check. Comes back and says it will be done in one minute I say ok he says pull to the side and I will bring it out to you. I pull to the side and I sit there for 25 minutes and still no one has brought me my food so I go inside and of course there is a bunch of chicken there but no one thought to bring me my food. Now I'm upset. And no one is trying to help me so I just demanded my money back. I work in food service I know how it is but this is unacceptable don't tell someone it will be done in one minute and then leave outside waiting. I don't know how the food taste because I never got it. Unacceptable they could have offered me something for my time or at least got my food for me but they didn't. I'm done with Popeyes. Order took 20 minutes. I ordered, then sat in line for 10 minutes. Then, when I paid I was told they are cooking my chicken tenders and it would be 3 minutes.

10 minutes later my food shows up, without the fries I ordered. I go inside and over hear the guy at the counter say they are out of fries. So I said I would be fine with mashed potatoes. I wasn't fine, but what are you going to do? The dude at the counter made it seem like I was inconveniencing him by wanting something I already paid for.

I leave, and then go to eat my food. The chicken is paper thin. Just terrible. When I called the number at the bottom of the receipt the message said the number wasn't accepting calls at this time. Not even a voicemail.

If they didn't have fries they could have told me on many occasions. Instead they tried to trick me, hoping I would drive off without checking my order. The food I did get was terrible, and they obviously don't care about their customers since the contact number...

The young man behind the counter greeted me and took my order, I asked for an 8 piece with no wings, which he itemized and was displays on the monitor. Itemized on the monitor was 3 thighs, 3 breast and 2 legs. The young lady packing my order put wings in the box, I told her, "I asked for no wings." in a very snappy manner she said, "what?" to which I repeated. She then replied, "well, he (the cashier) didn't tell me that" I responded that I can see it on the monitor... she then took the wings out... and STILL DIDN'T PUT WHAT WAS ITEMIZED ON THE MONITOR!! At this point I can see her whole demeanor is not pleasant and she was being intentionally difficult I was just gonna take what she gave me and left... I have no time to sit and argue with your employees. I hope you guys hire better employees because I do not...
